We have been telling you for months now that Ellen DeGeneres‘ marriage to Portia de Rossi is on shaky ground at best and now some of the details are starting to slip out of their closely guarded closet. It has been thought that Portia’s relationship with Ellen has saved her from the drug and alcohol problems that plagued her years ago but now it seems that those old demons have totally flared up. According to the July 14th print edition of InTouch, Portia’s home life has been unbearable and she was using booze and pills to escape life underneath Ellen’s thumb.
Sources say that Portia recently agreed to spend 30 days in inpatient rehab after several booze fueled fights with Ellen. Pill popping seems to be a new thing for Portia and her need to escape her own reality reached new heights when Ellen refused to have a child with her.
When they first got together, no kids was the original agreement. Ellen works nonstop and Portia is alone at home. Ellen picks and chooses what projects Portia can work on and, as we have seen, girlfriend isn’t allowed out much. Ellen was repeatedly spotted lunching with other women while Portia was apparently throwing back drinks alone at home. Rehab was the only way that Ellen would even consider staying in the marriage; now do you think that she’ll fix her end of things?
Apparently, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have more in common than just their last name. Both ladies are dealing with a man that has cheated on them in the last few weeks. Scott Disick has been all over the Hamptons earning his bad boy stripes ever since Kourt confirmed her third pregnancy. Meanwhile, Khloe should know that if you leave a guy like French Montana unattended he’s going to stray. She was warned and shouldn’t be surprised that he was recently caught cheating on his tour bus.
