Jinna and Abigail have been called to meet with DVF, and Jinna is sure one of them will be eliminated. Abigail has been called in to meet with her before, so she’s worried about being eliminated. When they meet with her, DVF asks them what they think the job of brand ambassador is about. Jinna says it is to represent the brand, and DVF asks her if she thinks her getting drunk is behaving like a brand ambassador. Jinna says it will never happen again. Then, DVF critiques Abigail for the outfit she wore at the challenge previously, which was DVF but more representative of Abigail than the brand.

DVF dismisses Abigail to talk to Jinna alone. She tells Jinna that she has to eliminate her for the drinking. Jinna talks about how she has behaved her whole life and gave up everything to work with DVF. DVF says she understands and is compassionate, but she cannot make the decision to keep Jinna around just because she struggled to get here.

Jinna breaks down sobbing on the sidewalk, and Abigail offers to help her. Meanwhile, the other girls are back in the studio wondering what is going to happen. Jinna comes back and tells them she is going home for getting drunk. “Everything happens for a reason,” she says, “and I’ll find out where I’m gonna go next.” Amanda, her best friend in the competition, is sad to see her go.

The remaining ladies have a challenge where their sales will be tracked as they deal with clients in the store. Abigail deals with a hard customer, one of the really big clients, who wants champagne and clothes from the mannequin. Amanda’s customer is a New Yorker who only wears black, and she is persistent in getting her to try on new things, which pays off.

Abigail continues to struggle with her client, which Stefani notices, remarking that she is noticing Abigail check out of the process and ‘the only place we check out is at the register.’

Lenore gets her customer taken from her by Amanda, who is taking advice to defend herself. However, it backfires as Stefani doesn’t like that the two of them are arguing in front of a customer.

Lenore has dinner with her family, and tells them about the fight with Amanda. “I would never do that,” she says.  Her parents tells her that her competitive nature just takes over her.

The clients critique the ladies’ performance on the challenge. DVF is actually kind of happy that Amanda is standing up for herself.  However, Lenore ends up winning the challenge, and DVF says she could bet on that from the first time she saw her. Brittany and Kier tie, then Amanda and Abigail finishes in the last place by far. Now DVF recognizes this is the second situation that shows Abigail has issues with selling, so she eliminates her right then and there.

Now, the ladies are told to go out into the city to find a girl they think would be a good DVF girl, interview her, and tell her story in four photos for social media.

The girl needs to be “effortless, sexy and on-the-go.” Amanda and Kier pick a girl named Sandy who has started a body necklace company for charity. Brittany and Lenore choose a single mother named Carla. Kier criticizes them for choosing a single mom, saying that may not appeal as much to a younger audience and that being a single mother isn’t that hard.

When they call Sandy, she says that she is the most boring person ever and doesn’t do much in her personal life. Kier says she feels Sandy is a different person on the phone from the one they met on the street.

The next morning, Lenore, Amanda and Brittany talk about Sandy being a dud. Brittany has decided to use her best friend as a backup plan in order to save the challenge. Amanda offers some good suggestions, making Brittany think maybe she underestimated her.

When Kier arrives, Brittany tells Kier that Sandy is a flop and Kier agrees that Sandy isn’t the right girl anymore. The other girls confront her on her apparent lack of concern when the challenge needs to be done this morning. Kier says they shouldn’t tell her they’ll all regroup in the morning and then go and do work behind her back.

Brittany and Kier get into a fight when Kier tells her to watch her mouth, and Brittany tells her to shut up. Amanda is relieved she isn’t Brittany’s victim this time.

Lenore tries dancing to ease the tension, but Kier and Brittany ignore it, continuing to argue while walking down the street.

The girls have four photo concepts, one for each of them to direct.  Kier has the model sitting on a luggage cart for her photo, and directs everyone harshly, which even the model notices. When the other girls don’t have something ready, she sarcastically thanks them for their help.

For Amanda’s photo, she wants to portray her as being a businesswoman able to stand up with the guys, so she sends Kier to grab some guys as a way to get her away from them.

Kier tries to offer ideas for Amanda’s shoot, and Brittany says that it’s Amanda’s shoot to control and tells Kier not to say anything during her shoot. Amanda ends up asking Kier to stay outside, and she goes.

The tension from the morning continues as the ladies do their photo shoots. Brittany’s is about the model sending sexy selfies to her boyfriend. Brittany gets mad when Lenore rushes her shoot in order to use daylight for her own shoot, which is about the model being on-the-go in DVF on her way to work.

When she gets discouraged by negative comments from the other contestants, Amanda gives her the advice that she should stand up for herself and her ideas.

Lenore jumps around through various ideas, and the photos turn out badly. Kier says she did her best to make the photos good, but the concepts made no sense. Lenore says she feels that she and her ideas aren’t respected.

During the critique, Kier’s photo is praised for the concept but critiqued for not looking effortless with the pose. Amanda’s image is considered a little safe and she is told her image needs to be compelling.

Lenore’s photo doesn’t get much of a reaction at all, so she’s confused about what they think. Brittany’s photo is not considered fun enough. At the end, Lenore wins the challenge and learns to stand up for herself and her idea. DVF says her least favorite was Brittany’s, and Brittany says she didn’t have the same amount of time to do her photo shoot.

Lenore talks about Brittany critiquing her doing her shoot, and Kier pipes in to say that Brittany told her not to speak during her shoot. Lenore brings up Kier’s attitude at the shoot and the fact that the model noticed it.

Brittany keeps her mouth shut during all of this, knowing not to argue in front of DVF.  Lenore tells Kier she doesn’t understand how she can be a brand ambassador when she doesn’t have a good personality, and DVF says she is the one who chooses the brand ambassador, and not them.

THE END!
