Kate Middleton and Prince William Using IVF For Twin Pregnancy?

Kate Middleton and Prince William Using IVF For Twin Pregnancy?

Okay, so those rumors earlier this year about Kate Middleton may not have actually worked out too well but that doesn’t mean that she and Prince William aren’t at least thinking about expanding their family. William recently said no to the idea of another baby right now as a way of putting to rest the notion that Kate was already pregnant but behind closed doors the couple is certainly making plans. According to the April 14th print edition of OK! Magazine last Christmas William was discussing baby number two with Prince Charles and the two agreed that Prince George should be about 9 months old before even considering baby number two.

In fact, William thinks that having kids around two years apart is perfect. That’s about the age span between him and his brother Harry and they are the best of friends. He and Kate agreed to start trying to conceive again this spring and are actually hoping for a set of twins. They have always said that three kids seems to be the ideal for them and with twins it would instantly complete their family and also spare Kate from having to muddle through a third pregnancy. The first was very difficult as we all remember. One thing is for sure though, at least according to sources close to the young royals, they can’t seem to keep their hands off of each other.

With today’s technology available many celeb couples and others who use in vitro fertilization (IVF) wind up with multiple births with twins being by far the most common. You with IVF several viable embryos are inserted into the womb and often more than one ‘take’ and are carried to term. It’s entirely possible that Will and Kate will summon the royal gynecologist and utilize modern technology to enhance the probability of having twins.

Do you think that Kate and William will be welcoming at least one new addition to their family in 2015? Is two years between their kids a good enough age gap? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
