Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and her hubby Joe Giudice have been patiently waiting for the court to decide their fate after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud charges for months now. On September 23rd, we were supposed to find out how many years the RHONJ stars would be going to prison and whether or not Joe Giudice would be deported. However, the trial date has just been pushed back to October 2nd. This is good news for Joe. That means he gets to stay married just a little bit longer.
Apparently, Teresa Giudice plans to divorce her hubby as soon as their fates are decided. A source close to Teresa exclusively reveals to CDL: “Teresa secretly blames Joe for getting her into this mess. As their sentencing gets closer and closer, Teresa despises Joe more and more, it has caused a serious riff in their marriage. Teresa is confident she will get house arrest, and knows that Joe will either go to prison or possibly even be sent back to the country he was born in. Regardless, they won’t be able to see each other for several years.”
On top of Teresa Giudice’s legal woes, her life line Bravo is considering cutting her off and firing her from Real Housewives of New Jersey. But, if she squeaks by with house arrest, she thinks that she can still film the show, and divorcing Joe Giudice and separating herself from him will improve her image and convince Bravo to keep her on the cast of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
