The Big Bang Theory season 8 premiere spoilers reveal that the hit comedy will return to CBS with their Season 8 premiere on Monday, September 22nd. Millions of loyal Big Bang Theory fans gathered around their television last year during the Season 7 finale to watch Leonard propose to Penny. So, the obvious question on everyone’s mind is, when is the BBT wedding? Well, according to spoilers, fans have a long wait before Penny and Leonard even think about walking down the aisle and saying “I Do.”
According to the September 29th edition of GLOBE Magazine, there most likely won’t be any wedding bells in Big Bang Theory Season 8 of the popular sitcom. GLOBE reveals, “Millions of Big Bang Theory fans will be shocked to learn that the wedding between Penny and Leonard is off. But, don’t worry, they aren’t breaking up. Producer Steven Molaro says it’s very unlikely that the couple – played by Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Johnny Galecki – will walk down the aisle anytime soon after getting engaged at the end of last season. Penny in fact will be too busy to plan a wedding because of her new job as a pharmaceutical saleswoman at Bernadette’s drug company, which will lead to some friction with Leonard.”
So, it looks like a Big Bang Theory premiere wedding is off the tables for now, considering it took Amy and Sheldon four seasons to share their first kiss, the odds of them walking down the aisle anytime soon are slim as well.
