Dancing With The Stars 2015 spoilers tease that Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough basically have Season 21 in the bag – and will most likely win the Mirror Ball Trophy. However, Bindi Irwin’s victory won’t come without a cost, the 17 year old daughter of the late Steve Irwin’s relationship with boyfriend Chandler Powell is taking a huge hit because of her close bond with pro dancer Derek Hough. Like we didn’t all see this break-up coming a mile away!
Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough’s chemistry on the Dancing With The Stars stage is undeniable – and they have been spending just as much time off the stage as they do on. Derek can’t stop praising Bindi Irwin, and he even took to Instagram to praise her late father Steve Irwin this week.
According to a new report, the Bindi and Derek media phenomenon has taken its toll on her boyfriend Chandler Powell – and he is convinced there is a break-up in the near future.
An insider close to Bindi and Chandler dished to Perez Hilton, “He says he can’t compete with guys like Derek. Poor Chandler is feeling very insecure – and there seems to be nothing Bindi can do about it. She tries to reassure him, but he’s convinced she’s going to dump him.”
Jealousy and insecurities always seem to arise for at least one couple during Dancing With The Stars – and it looks like Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell are Season 21’s victims.
Ironically, Bindi and Derek’s BFF-ness seems pretty platonic, and there is a huge age gap. But, Chandler’s jealousy and insecurities over Bindi’s bond with her dance partner could wind up leading to a break-up. At this point, Chandler is so convinced that their relationship is over that he doesn’t even realize he is the one causing the break-up.
