Keeping Up With The Kardashians continues tonight with an all new Sunday, October 11 season 10 finale, called “The Last Straw” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, in the season 10 finale, Kourtney struggles to keep it together as Scott’s behavior spirals out of control, but she reaches a breaking point when he’s photographed in France with another woman.
On the last episode, Kim worked to smooth things over after Caitlyn’s Vanity Fair cover story came out and caused hurtful feelings among some family members; and Khloé considered how much emotional support she could afford to give Lamar. On tonight’s episode per the E! synopsis “in the Season 10 finale, Kourtney struggles to keep it together as Scott’s behavior spirals out of control, but she reaches a breaking point when he’s photographed in France with another woman. Meanwhile, Khloé schedules a face-to-face meeting with Caitlyn in an effort to salvage their relationship; and Corey finally makes the leap to full-fledged “boyfriend” status.”

RECAP:
Khloe goes to Kendall’s house for one of her fittings when Kris, who has taken a vacation due to the fallout from Caitlyn’s Vanity Fair interview, Facetimes her. Khloe is surprised when Corey pops up on the screen.
Kim shows Khloe a tweet Caitlyn has made about Kris. The tweet says that the Vanity Fair article reminded her of the time she spent with Kris and that she wouldn’t trade that time for anything in the world.
Khloe asks why Caitlin didn’t say that in the interview, and why she wouldn’t call Kris and say that herself.
Kim tells her she would have to talk to Caitlyn about that, and Khloe says she doesn’t want to. She says she doesn’t want to be in a negative environment anymore and that no one else wants to deal with it, so why should she. She also says doesn’t know this person anymore. “Bruce is gone, and I don’t know Caitlyn.” The two of them discuss how Caitlyn and Bruce are “two different people” and “polar opposites” (“as they should be,” Khloe says).
Khloe says that Caitlyn should live her life and do her thing, but without bashing the people she loves.
Kim tells her that she should talk to Caitlyn to sort things out, and Khloe says that her relationship with Caitlyn isn’t a real relationship anymore.
Khloe tells Kourtney and Scott that Kris flew Corey out for her vacation.
Khloe says in confessional that she wants her mom to think what she is doing before she gets hurt again.
Scott tells Khloe that he is a good guy, and that there’s a pretty good chance he isn’t going to turn into a woman either.
Scott invites Kourtney to Las Vegas for one of his club appearances, and Kourtney also brings her friends.
At a restaurant, Scott tells Kourtney that he isn’t just going to say yes to the deal to be on Kim’s video game without negotiating.
Kourtney says in confessional she doesn’t like to be involved in Scott’s business deals and doesn’t want to be involved in this deal between Kim and Scott.
The group heads over to 1OAK for Scott’s appearance.
Khloe tells Kim that she is going to go to a basketball game with Kendall, and Kim smirks at her susp. Khloe tells her that there is no ulterior motive behind it, and she’s just going to a game.
She then tells Kim that Scott wants more money than Kourtney got to be in her game. She tells her that Scott still invoiced a 1OAK deal despite the fact that he was in Aspen at the time.
Kris is going to Kylie’s to help her with her new house. Corey drives her.
Kris says in confessional that she’s worried how everyone will react to him coming, telling Corey that everyone can yell at her at once and then she can get a drink.
The two of them arrive at the house, and Khloe sits on the stairs looking on bitterly.
Later, when Kris is getting her hair done, Khloe tries to get her to admit she has a boyfriend. Despite smiling at this, Kris says she is not going to confirm anything.
Scott brings his guy friends to his 10AK appearance. He nonchalantly says in confessional that Kourtney is not going to be happy about this.
While at a restaurant with Kim and Khloe, Kourtney receives a phone call. She tells them that Scott’s has lost his wallet and needs help getting a plane. Kourtney tells her sisters that she isn’t going to deal with it.
Kim talks to Kourtney and tells her that she feels like she is not really proud of Scott’s actions lately and doesn’t want him or his “energy” to be in the game. She asks what the character is going to do, run around and club and party with everyone? She says she wants to step away, at least for now.
Caitlyn visits Khloe with a purse and pair of sunglasses that Versace has set her personally. It is revealed that the two of them have been texting and decided to meet up.
Khloe tells Caitlyn that she doesn’t care if she’s transitioning, but that doesn’t need to entail her speaking negatively of her mom. She says she would think Caitlyn would come from a place of more compassion, especially when she has two daughters that are greatly affected by it. Khloe takes issue with Caitlyn saying she didn’t know what she was talking about, and Caitlyn says again that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Caitlyn says that she’s been having the same issues since she was 10 years old, asking if she is supposed to hide.
Caitlyn says she’s sick of hiding. She says she didn’t think the interview was a hatchet job on Kris, and she has no issues with her. She says they took a break and the both of them are happier. Caitlyn says she wish she would have called, and Khloe tells her to do it.
Khloe says she and Bruce have always had a good relationship, and she wants to have that with Caitlyn as well but it will take time.
Khloe teaches Caitlyn how to group text so she can communicate with everyone in the family.
In the car, Kourtney asks Kris what made her fly Corey out for her trip, and she says she missed him.
Kourtney tells her that Scott is out in France and she doesn’t know when he’s going to get back. Kourtney says she just focuses on herself and her children these days. She says the only thing that’s been hard is that when she wakes up she feels sick.
“That’s how I feel pretty much every day,” she says.
While in the kitchen with Kris, Kim receives a phone call telling her that the Daily Mail has released photos of Scott with his arms around another woman.
They look up the article, which is full of incriminating pictures of Scott feeding this woman food.
Kris tells Khloe and Kim that she doesn’t want to get married, but she wants to be with Corey.
Khloe says in confessional that she’s realizing Kris has a deeper relationship with Corey than she will admit to, and that she needs to tell the truth so they can support her.
She asks Kris if the two of them say they love eachother, and she says yes. She then goes on to say that she probably has too much sex and she is exhausted.
Kourtney comes into the room shortly before receiving a phone call from Chris and leaving the room urgently. She says that she received a text from Scott telling her to tell the kids he loves them and that anything bad about him in the press isn’t his fault.
She comes back in the room and tells them that Chris has told her that Scott is being extremely emotional and suicidal, and that Chris is debating whether to call the police because he is worried Scott will be taken to jail and not the loony bin. Kris tells her that maybe that’s the wakeup call Scott needs, being thrown in jail all alone.
Khloe and Malika interrogate Corey at a restaurant.
Corey says he used to have a crush on his second grade teacher, but it isn’t about that. He says love isn’t dictated by a piece of paper and kids don’t matter because he’s already raised his relatives. He says he is cool with the situation he and Kris are in. He also tells the two of them how he and Kris met at an event where he asked her to dance.
Kim tells Kourtney that they need a new male energy in their lives and move in a new direction.
Tearing up, Kourtney says she is on the verge of a mental breakdown.
Kim tells her she thinks she just has to try to move on. Kourtney tells her she can’t believe that this is where her life is at right now, and that she’s worked so hard to keep this family together. She says it makes her sad for the kids, but it’s better off because he’s not being a good partner to him and she can’t rely on him for a single thing. She says she doesn’t want to show the kids that that’s okay.
Kim tells her she can’t keep living the same life she has been, and that it’s been like eight years. Kourtney says she has made up her mind and already told Scott that it’s over.
Kim tells her she really thinks Kourtney is doing the right thing. Kourtney says she needs it to be done.
