Kourtney Kardashian wants everyone to know that she has her body back! Apparently, it went on holiday while Kourtney was pregnant with her third baby, but Kourtney successfully convinced it to come back.

The four steps in getting a rocking post-baby body, according to Kourtney and OK! Magazine’s latest cover issue? 1) Work out a lot, 2) Eat lots of smaller meals as opposed to three large meals, 3) Cut out sugars and sweets and desserts, and 4) Breast feed, because it really, really helps in burning calories.

The fourth option is one that we hear quite a lot, and cutting out sweets and working out a lot are obvious options as well. However, eating several smaller meals a day as opposed to fewer larger meals reportedly does have a positive impact on the body’s metabolism, so Kourtney’s right on the target with that one. However, these are all methods that almost everybody knows, so Kourtney really should say, ‘become a famewhore Kardashian and have millions of dollars at your disposal and unlimited free time to get your post-baby body back in shape!’

Kourtney did allegedly lose 35 pounds in four months, which is a big achievement [if it’s true]. But then again, if she really was eating only 1200 calories a day and working out in addition to that, then it makes sense. But does every new mother have the resources and wherewithal to try this diet plan? Probably not.

OK! Magazine’s cover also has a feature on Miley Cyrus, who has apparently ‘stopped dating’ because every guy lies to her [and cheats on her], and another feature on Renee Zellweger, who’s reportedly getting married.

What do you guys think about Kourtney Kardashian’s diet plan in gaining a rocking post-baby body? Do you think it’s a feasible diet plan for most new mothers, or is it too unreasonable? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
