Kris Jenner reveals that Nicole Brown Simpson told her and other friends that she knew ex-husband O.J. Simpson was going to kill her – and that he would get away with it. The interview will be part of a joint two-night event by Lifetime and A&E marking the 20 year anniversary of the O.J. murder trial.
The first part of “The Secret Tapes of The O.J. Case: The Untold Story” will air on Lifetime on September 30 and the second part will air October 1 on A&E. Jenner – who was pregnant with daughter Kendall during the trial – was close friends with Nicole and their children often played together. Kris’s ex-husband – the late Robert Kardashian Sr. – assisted O.J. Simpson’s defense “dream team” – which included Johnny Cochrane and F. Lee Bailey – at the former Buffalo Bill’s criminal trial.
“The one thing she would tell all of us by the time, you know, it got to that level was, “He’s going to kill me and he’s going to get away with it.” Kris feels that at toward the end of Nicole Brown Simpson’s life Nicole knew she was in trouble and needed to be more vocal about it. “I will always feel guilty that I didn’t pay more attention,” Kris Jenner revealed in her interview for the documentary.
The reality television star disclosed in her 2011 memoir “Kris Jenner…and All Things Kardashian” that she had spoken with Nicole just a few hours before she was brutally murdered – along with her friend Ronald Goldman – by her ex-husband. Jenner claims that she and then husband Robert never discussed the trial but O.J. did call Kris Jenner from prison on at least one occasion and told her, “I didn’t do it.”
