In non-shocking news, LeAnn Rimes continues to be an irritating, embarrassing airhead. She proudly tweeted that she accidentally set off an airplane’s fire alarm with her aerosol hair product, and she didn’t even have the audacity to be ashamed about it.
She tweeted, “Leave it up to me to set off the fire alarm in the airplane bathroom w/ @theDrybar dry shampoo #purecomedy #firsttimeforeverything.”
Yeah, I’m sure it was #purecomedy for all the plane staff who had to figure out what caused the fire alarm, and I’m sure it was even more #purecomedy for all the passengers who were undoubtedly delayed because of the fire alarm.
Apparently, LeAnn took a ‘bathroom break’ to freshen up, and this apparently involved using a hair product with aerosol in it. I guess LeAnn thought that she needed to look picture perfect, with every hair strand in place, JUST in case som ‘fan’ took a picture of her on the plane. Plus, she had phototags and paparazzi waiting for her when she landed, so she obviously called them. Honestly, it wouldn’t even surprise me if she set off the fire alarm on purpose, just so that she would have publicity to feed off.
Anyway, TMZ’s sources add that the plane staff was ‘not amused’ at the fire alarm joke, but LeAnn supposedly just laughed it off when confronted about it by the paparazzi.
Of course she did – LeAnn Rimes doesn’t see anything wrong with delaying other people and possibly being a giant public nuisance. The only thing that matters to her is her own time and her own feelings, and this was just #purecomedy for her.
