Robin Williams’ Widow Susan Schneider Fighting His Children in Court Over Property: Disgusting?

Robin Williams’ widow Susan Schneider was only married to the late actor for three years but she is fighting his children so strongly about her late husbands’ property that she and the kids have ended up in court. CDL called it many months ago, and sadly what we told you right after Robin Williams’ death that Susan Schneider was not someone who was of any help to him. Now this is playing out just as we imagined it would as his widow, Susan Schneider, is actually fighting her late husband’s children over their father’s property. Zak, Zelda, and Cody Williams, the children of later actor Robin Williams, are claiming that their stepmother is out for a big payday and is actually battling them over the late actor’s property which they say is very important to them.

Both sides have their own stories about the battle, but multiple sources confirm that Susan is trying to cleverly interpret the last wishes of Williams. TMZ shares that sources are claiming that while Robin’s will reads that the children are to get all of the jewelry, Susan is claiming that “jewelry” doesn’t include his watches which she wants to keep. While Susan is trying to demonstrate she is being reasonable by observing that she understands she has not the rights to his movie memorabilia based on his trust, she states that there are some knickknacks and other things she wants. While she is trying to sound as though she is playing nice, sources close to the situation say that is far from the truth.  Susan reportedly would not allow the kids in the house after the actor died.

Robin Williams’ children are simply asking for one thing…that Susan Schneider follow the language and wishes of the late actor’s will and trust rather than manipulating the language to suit her. The kids and sources all say the will is very clear, and they believe Robin would be heartbroken to know Susan was fighting with his kids over property. His kids meant absolutely everything to him, so for Susan to be picking through his property to make a profit rather than let his children hold on to everything important to him is sickening.

What do you think CDLers? Does Susan have her eyes on a big payday? Why not let the children have the watches?
