“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Thursday, October 29, tease that Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley) will discuss the potential surrogacy with a doctor. Since this whole process hinges on Nicole’s (Reign Edwards) involvement, she’ll need to join the conversation.
Rick and Maya will try to make sure Nicole is comfortable with this decision. They would love for Nicole to carry a baby for them, but they don’t want her to do something she might regret.
The doctor will chime in on the situation, too. She’ll tell Nicole that being a surrogate will affect her own life as well as Zende’s (Rome Flynn). Nicole seems to be thinking of this as a short-term gift that will be all wrapped up in nine months.
However, there’s much more to it than that. Nicole may be carrying this baby for Rick and Maya, but it will have her DNA. Once the child is born, Nicole could become attached and want to keep the baby for herself.
It’s also possible that Nicole could get postpartum depression in the weeks following the birth. Nicole’s relationship with Zende could suffer as she works through any issues that might lie ahead. Bottom line, Nicole may be giving up far more than she realizes.
Meanwhile, Julius (Obba Babatunde) will continue to fight for what he believes is right. Zende is trying to be supportive of Nicole’s decision, but it’s going to be increasingly difficult if Julius keeps planting seeds of doubt.
At the office, Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) will get a pep talk about her lingerie modeling abilities. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Thomas (Pierson Fode) will insist that Ivy is underestimating her body and talent. Thomas will think Ivy could strut sexy stuff on the runway if she wanted to.
Ivy will remain adamant that all of that is behind her, but she’ll probably enjoy hearing Thomas sing her praises. B&B rumors hint that Thomas and Ivy will begin to grow closer. Does that mean Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will once again lose out to a rival or is there a new love triangle brewing? Stick with “The Bold and the Beautiful” to see how things will turn out.
