“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Friday, August 21, tease that Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) will feel a sense of satisfaction. Now that Liam (Scott Clifton) has seen the incriminating video, Ivy will hope that he’ll see Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in a whole new light. Ivy thinks Liam is drawn to Steffy’s dark side, but she wants him to realize just how dark Steffy can be.
The footage was certainly a shocker for Liam. It’s doubtful that Liam would’ve believed Ivy’s accusations if he hadn’t seen Steffy strike Aly (Ashlyn Pearce) with his own eyes. Nevertheless, Steffy will try to convince Liam that she’s telling the truth about what really happened that night. The brief clip doesn’t show Aly raging and lunging toward Steffy with a rock. Steffy had to defend herself, but Liam will imply that this video makes it look like Steffy flat-out murdered Aly. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Liam will support Steffy, but they surely have a tough battle ahead of them. Ivy and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) could easily become a force to be reckoned with.
Meanwhile, Thomas (Pierson Fode) will continue his chat with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey). Thomas just told Caroline about Steffy’s secret and now it’s Caroline’s turn to open up. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers reveal that Caroline will remain adamant that she’s happy with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), but Thomas will wonder if she’s truly getting what she wants out of life. Thomas will ask if Caroline if being with Ridge is everything she hoped for.
It’s clear that Thomas has his doubts about Ridge and Caroline’s future. If Caroline would start being honest with herself, she’d probably admit that she has some doubts as well. Caroline will soon give updates to Thomas about her desire to have a baby. Naturally, Caroline will have to share that Ridge isn’t interested in adding to his brood. B&B rumors hint that Thomas will try to put aside his own feelings to help Caroline solidify her relationship with Ridge. However, there’s a good chance things won’t go according to plan. Stick with the CBS soap to see where Thomas’ efforts will lead.
