Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s marriage is reportedly headed for divorce due to Angie’s jealousy over Marion Cottilard. Media outlets have been abuzz recently with rumors that the high-profile couple have broken up. Of course there is absolutely no hard evidence to corroborate this rumors. In Touch claims that the Hollywood power couple have been “secretly separated for months” after Angie “walked out.”
Word on the net is that Pitt, 52, has been spending a lot of time with Marion Cotillard, 40. They are filming for their upcoming World War II romantic thriller which is slated for release in Nov. 23, 2016. “Set in 1942 following a spy who falls in love and marries a French agent during a dangerous North African mission,” the untitled film’s plot stated.
It was noted that Angelina Jolie, 40, is livid over the situation, though. Moreover, her jealousy is said to have gotten so unreasonable that it is pushing her husband away.
According to In Touch Weekly, Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard are not in fact being romantic with each other at all. However, the actor did rave about his co-star ever since they started filming. “The resentment has been eating away at Angelina,” an insider told the publication.
“She’s prone to think that since she was once Brad’s co-star and seduced him away from his wife, the same will happen to her.”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s marriage had a bumpy start when the actor left his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston for the “Maleficent” star. Although the couple insisted that their affair only began when Pitt and Jennifer Aniston separated, all evidence is to the contrary.
According to a source for the tabloid Angelina is so jealous about Marion Cottilard for the following reasons: “She’s exactly the kind of sultry European actress that Angie has always wanted to be and she’s playing exactly the kind of role Angie’s always wanted to play – adding to the jealousy is the fact that Marion has one thing Angelina hasn’t achieved in her acting career: Oscar for Best Actress.”
