The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will grow increasingly angry with his mother. He’s furious with Quinn (Rena Sofer) for refusing to give up her relationship with Eric (John McCook). Wyatt even marched in the Forrester mansion with the intention of marching Quinn back out with him.
Eric insisted that Wyatt was completely out of line. He feels like Quinn has a right to pursue a romance. If Wyatt’s marriage depends on Quinn’s actions, then there are obviously deeper issues. Unfortunately, Wyatt feels like Quinn is the source of all his problems. He believes Quinn has caused nothing but destruction.
Is that really the case or does Quinn deserve some props for everything she’s done for Wyatt? When you think about it, most of Quinn’s mischief over the years has been about helping her son. Did she go about it the wrong way? Absolutely, but Quinn wanted the best for Wyatt deep down.
Wyatt longed for Hope (Kim Matula) at one time, so Quinn did everything in her power to make sure he got her. When Wyatt was ready to propose to Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), Quinn stormed in and demanded that Ivy reveal the truth about her feelings for Liam. She knew Wyatt would get hurt if they took their relationship any further.
Then, Wyatt took an interest in Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Quinn concocted a plan to give him a shot. She didn’t care if she had to play dirty. Quinn just wanted Wyatt to be happy. In fact, that’s all she ever wanted until recently. Perhaps Liam’s love really did change Quinn. That was the first time we truly saw Quinn choose her own happiness over Wyatt’s.
Quinn was prepared to leave town with Liam and never look back. She was basically willing to cut Wyatt out of her life if it meant keeping Liam. The Bold and the Beautiful continued that trend once Quinn hooked up with Eric. Quinn has finally decided to live for herself instead of living for Wyatt.
Of course, nearly all of Quinn’s plots to benefit Wyatt have failed in the end. She can only do so much. Quinn can help Wyatt get the girl, but she can’t help him keep her. Maybe Quinn deserves a little credit for being in Wyatt’s corner for so long. Goodness knows no one else has been on Wyatt’s side. Bill (Don Diamont) never treated Wyatt with much respect until Liam was out of the picture.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Quinn may still have a few tricks up her sleeve. Her new scheme could work in Wyatt’s favor. However, Quinn won’t be making him the top priority anymore. She’s focused on Wyatt enough. Quinn can’t let this opportunity for love pass her by.
Wyatt acts like he deserves a pity party, but he’s forgetting that his marriage never would’ve happened without Quinn. Besides, Wyatt wouldn’t like it if Quinn or Eric ordered him to give up Steffy. He has no right to waltz in and tell his mom how it’s going to be.
Quinn has definitely done some terrible things in an effort to please Wyatt. Now she’s simply seeking a normal romance and it’s sending Wyatt over the edge. That’s just the way it goes on B&B! We’ll give you updates as more news emerges on Wyatt’s future.
