The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Paul Visits Patty - Dylan Leaves, Sharon Frets – Jill Won’t Accept Billy’s Resignation

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, October 12, tease that things are about to get even trickier for Sharon (Sharon Case). Dylan (Steve Burton) is trying to protect Sharon, but his snooping isn’t really helping. Sharon knows exactly who her stalker is and she wants to get rid of her for good.

Patty’s (Stacy Haiduk) threats have caused a crisis for Sharon, but she’ll have a plan to take care of it. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will declare that the truth is the only way Sharon will be free. However, Sharon will think they can convince Patty to act increasingly delusional. They can tell Patty she’ll have the opportunity to escape during the transfer to another facility.

It’s not the option Mariah would prefer, but she’ll want to help anyway. Once Mariah heads over to give Patty updates, Dylan will come home and announce that Paul (Doug Davidson) is sending him out of town. Dylan will ask Nick (Joshua Morrow) to stay with Sharon until he returns.

After Nick agrees, Dylan will promise Sharon that she’ll be safe. He’ll state that Paul ordered more security and plans on stopping by once he ends his visit with Patty. Uh-oh. Sharon will realize that Mariah and Paul could run into each other. If that happens, everything could fall apart.

Meanwhile, Paul will show up in Patty’s room. She’ll continue to paint and won’t respond to his efforts to strike up a conversation. As Paul turns to leave, Patty will stop him. At the entrance, Mariah will walk toward the security area. Trouble is obviously brewing…

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) will face some problems at GC Buzz. A staff member named George (George Gray) will gripe about their refusal to use the bar brawl footage. It cost them big time in the ratings. George will suggest that he doesn’t have to take this. He’ll announce that he’s accepting a job at gameshow.

Elsewhere, Cane (Daniel Goddard) will be feeling a little down in the dumps. He’ll open up to Lily (Christel Khalil) about the struggles he’s facing at work. Cane will contend that he’s constantly bailing Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) out. He’s saving the company, but he gets no credit.

At Brash and Sassy, Billy will declare that he’s quitting. Jill (Jess Walton) will reject her son’s resignation and insist that she needs him to hang around. Billy has a contract and Jill will sue if he doesn’t fulfill his obligations. They’ll prepare for a horrendous display as Hilary’s interview airs.

To Billy’s delight, he’ll see that it turned out great. Cane managed to smooth everything over and Billy wasn’t shown storming out. Later, Cane will urge Jill to fire Billy. His behavior is a constant liability. Jill will reveal that Billy tried to quit, but wouldn’t let him. She’ll want Cane to back off and let her handle her own company.

Billy will find Cane and admit that his professionalism got them out of a tight spot. They’ll try to put the ordeal behind them and focus on the upcoming product launch. Back at GC Buzz headquarters, Y&R spoilers say Devon and Hilary will read some negative reviews. The viewers won’t be pleased with new style.

Hilary will continue to look through the depressing comments. She’ll state that the public hates her and they could tell that there’s was much more to the story. Devon will think they need to keep doing this their way. He’ll remain hopeful that the situation will improve if they stick to the plan.

Across town, Lily will confront Jill about her lack of appreciation. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jill will be stunned by the news that Cane doesn’t feel valued. She’ll point out that Cane is doing an excellent job. Lily will encourage Jill to share that with Cane once in a while.

By the end of the week, Brash and Sassy will face another unexpected obstacle. The product launch won’t go as planned. Will Cane save the day again or will someone else get a chance to step up?
