General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) is going to go off the deep end in a few weeks because of mistakes she makes with Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). This leads to Lulu committing a major felony and taking off with the kid shocking both her baby daddies and all of Port Charles.
Lulu was given six months by the judge in her custody case with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to get to know Charlotte. That seems reasonable but Lulu and Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) aren’t willing to take the steps recommended by Dr Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and the court.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Lulu and Laura are both outraged and they are feeding off each other and making everything worse. Laura was thrilled to see that Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) had landed a job as Charlotte’s new nanny. A new face meant that maybe Nelle didn’t know who the Spencer ladies were which could help them.
General Hospital spoilers leak that Laura and Lulu decide on new GH episodes on the week of March 24 to target Nelle and try and leverage the nanny to use against Valentin. Lulu tries to make friends with Nelle and Laura tries to get dirt on Nelle from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). But what the ladies don’t know is that Nelle is too terrified to give them a chance.
After Valentin threatened Nelle, there is no doubt she will be very careful not to step out of her lane. Since Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) knows about Nelle’s revenge antics in Port Charles, it doesn’t seem likely that Laura and Lulu can push Nelle to do anything for them about Charlotte.
Dr Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) advised Laura to do what the court recommended and make sure Lulu took the time over the six months to get to know Charlotte and set up a rapport with the child. Laura was upset that Kevin agreed with Andre about keeping Valentin in Charlotte’s life.
When Laura and Lulu’s plans fail horribly, General Hospital spoilers say that Lulu gets desperate and does something more extreme than any stunt she’s pulled before. GH has to write in a break for Emme Rylan who is pregnant in real life and due in June. Lulu’s exit from Port Charles will coincide with Emme’s maternity leave.
Lulu has said several times she just wanted to take her daughter Charlotte home with her. Lulu sees Valentin as the only obstacle to her bonding with Charlotte. When Lulu and Laura’s schemes to try and take down Valentin and cheat the court’s ruling, Lulu is facing a total loss of custody.
Lulu panics and this is when she takes drastic action. General Hospital spoilers tease Lulu will take Charlotte and run off out of Port Charles. That leaves her cop hubby Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in a bad place with a felon-committing wife on the run with her stolen child.
With Emme Rylan taking a month or longer off for maternity leave, Lulu could be on the run with Charlotte for quite a while. It remains to be seen if Lulu will face justice when she returns. Given Lulu’s history of mental breakdowns and Laura’s spotty mental health track record, maybe it won’t be jail.
