General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will get Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) back in his bed soon despite Carly’s doubts and Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) anger at her mother over a possible Sonny reunion. After their passionate kiss at Carly’s was interrupted by Josslyn, Sonny was thrilled when Carly came over to his house. Soon, they’ll take their love out of town.
Sonny was certain that he’d pull Carly upstairs and into his bed and everything between them would be fine. But it didn’t play out like Sonny wanted. Instead, Carly let the doubts eat at her and she told Sonny that marriage between them never works out. One bright spot for Sonny in this conversation is that Carly agreed to give him back all the assets he signed over to her.
General Hospital spoilers say that means the divorce won’t be acrimonious like it was before. All the anger over Carly sleeping with Jasper “Jax” Jacks and Sonny bedding Carly’s lawyer Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya) seems to have blown over and they’re letting bygones be bygones. Then again, both have cheated on each other so much in the past, it’s kind of a non-issue.
The larger issue for Sonny is that he doesn’t want a divorce from Carly. He wants to keep Carly in his life but Carly seems to be unwilling to stay Mrs. Corinthos for the fifth time. Josslyn is part of the problem – a big part of the problem in fact. After Joss saw Carly and Sonny kissing, she raged at her mother about making bad choices and letting Sonny back into her life.
And you can’t really blame Josslyn, even if she’s being a bit of a brat, because Sonny made it so Josslyn’s dad Jax can’t visit her anymore in Port Charles. That was one of the crappiest things Sonny has done (short of murdering people) and he did it intentionally knowing it would hurt his stepdaughter horribly. Josslyn is right to be angry and not want Sonny around.
Sonny and Carly have cheated on others to be together. They have snuck around behind the back of whomever they were dating to be together. They will do it again, but this time, they’re sneaking around behind Josslyn’s back because of her anger. When the sneaking around is not enough, Sonny and Carly will take off to his private island.
Sonny and Carly want to bask in their renewed love and enjoy some romance and intimate times together without Joss glaring at them and criticizing Carly for her choices. Another spoiler says while Sonny and Carly are enjoying running around on the island making love, a threat comes at them and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) will race to warn them that trouble is coming.
If something happens to Carly and Sonny on the island, Josslyn will find out her mom’s been sneaking around behind her back. This is a big mess brewing and it will blow up soon.
