Kate Middleton is increasingly concerned about her husband Prince William’s dad bod. Apparently, Prince William’s new lifestyle in London has caused him to get out of shape and gain a little bit of weight.
Before the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge moved to London, Prince William remained active by playing soccer or polo pony from time to time near their home in Anmer Hall. But now that he’s grown accustomed to city life, he’s having a difficult time working out, let alone stay active. That’s why he’s decided to join the Chelsea Harbor Club, which just happens to be the same elite gym that his mother Princess Diana frequented in the late eighties and early nineties.
But for Kate, she’s still concerned as her husband no longer looks like the heartthrob he used to be during his prime. As a matter of fact, she was surprised to hear that Prince William put in a special request for cookies he had often eaten at the gym as a child. If that weren’t enough, many media outlets have even poked fun at William and his new dad bod, humiliating Kate even more. Fatherhood has not only made William more tired and stressed, but a little stomach pouch that he just can’t get rid of.
Appearance means everything for Kate Middleton. There’s no way that she would ever attend a royal engagement or a public event without looking absolutely perfect. And she wants William to look the same way. If there’s one thing that the Duchess of Cambridge loves, it’s getting attention for being one of the most stylish women in the world and of course, a trendsetter. Kate Middleton won’t be able to keep up her reputation for always looking immaculate if her royal husband looks out of shape.
There’s also the fact that Prince Harry is close to proposing to his girlfriend, Meghan Markle. And once they officially become an engaged couple, it’s without a doubt that the media will begin comparing Harry and Meghan to William and Kate. The last thing Kate Middleton wants is for people to think that she picked the out-of-shape, balding royal brother to marry. That’s why she’s pressuring William to get in shape behind closed doors, whether he like it or not.
