Kody Brown’s Marriages In Crisis: ‘Sister Wives’ Star Leads Protest Against Bigamy Law

Kody Brown is fighting for his family’s rights. The ‘Sister Wives’ star was spotted leading a protest against Utah’s bigamy law on the steps of the state’s Capitol this past week. Kody and his supporters said that they won’t stop fighting for the legal right to plural marriage. The U.S. Supreme Court recently declined to hear a case from Kody challenging Utah’s bigamy law.

Eyewitnesses say that Kody was up front and center at the march along with hundreds of protesters. In fact, many protesters held signs that said, “I’m a wife, not a victim,” along with, “I love all of my moms.” Yet, there were also plenty of critics who defended the bill, saying that plural relationships hurt both women and children.

At this point, Kody Brown is making it clear that he wants to move his family back to Utah. Kody and his wives are simply not happy with their current living situation. Of course, this isn’t the only problem Kody has been dealing with lately. It’s no secret that he’s been struggling to keep his family together. Reports indicated last month that his wife Robyn is looking to get a divorce. She feels as though Kody isn’t spending enough time with her and their children.

Plus, the Browns were also exiled from their Polygamist church. Insiders said that church members hated wanted Kody and his wives banned from the church because they are loud and uncontrollable reality television stars. Plus, Meri Brown was caught in an embarrassing catfish scam and Kody’s daughter Mariah recently revealed that she is a lesbian.

If that weren’t enough, Kody is also dealing with some major financial problems. Many critics have even said that Kody should consider taking a break from reality television to focus on his problems and his messy personal life. Yet, many know that’s not going to happen anytime soon. He needs his TLC paychecks to help support his huge family.
