Kris Jenner is reportedly upset that daughters, Kylie and Kendall decided to spend Father’s Day with Caitlyn Jenner. A source close to the family told People magazine that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” matriarch was “not thrilled” that 19 year old Kylie and 21 year old Kendall spent the holiday visiting Caitlyn.
The source was quoted as saying, “It’s a very complicated situation for the girls. Kendall and Kylie just won’t speak with Kris about it. Caitlyn is their dad, but they also don’t want Kris to be upset, so they just won’t talk about it.” But the source was also quick to add that for the most part, the girls are doing a good job at handling the tension between their parents.
Kris and Caitlyn have been at war since the publishing of Caitlyn’s book, “The Secrets of My Life”, in which the former Olympian ripped not only Kris, but the rest of the Kardashian family as well. The harsh memoir has caused Caitlyn’s former step-children to stop speaking to her, and even daughter Kendall recently admitted to being angry about the accusations Caitlyn had made against Kris and the Kardashians.
Nonetheless, Kendall was able to put her anger to the side long enough to celebrate Father’s Day with Caitlyn and sister Kylie. The famous trio celebrated on Beverly Hill’s famous Rodeo Drive and the three posed for several pictures. But, fans were quick to make an observation about the social media loving Jenner sisters.
While they both posed for pictures with Caitlyn, neither Kendall nor Kylie actually posted any photos of Caitlyn on their social media or wished her a happy father’s day. This has led some to speculate that despite spending the day with their father, there is no doubt some lingering anger over the situation.
Meanwhile, Kris was busy taking to her social media to shade her ex. She posted a collage of pictures acknowledging all of the fathers in the famous Kardashian family, including her first husband, Robert Kardashian Sr., but left Caitlyn out of the tribute.
Considering the family drama currently going on between Caitlyn and her children and step-children, Caitlyn is probably thrilled to have her daughters spend Father’s Day with her, and probably even more thrilled about the fact that it makes Kris angry.
