Lucy Hale Wants To Move On From Photo Scandal And 'Pretty Little Liars'

Lucy Hale is making some major changes in her life. She has just ended her relationship with longtime boyfriend Anthony Kalabretta. She has also quit drinking and avoids nightclubs. She also wants to move on from her photo hacking scandal and from Pretty Little Liars.

She has been known as her character Aria on the hit Freeform show. But it’s clear that Lucy Hale is not her old character. She’s not even her old self. In her new interview with Bustle, she revealed that the Lucy Hale that fans knew and loved is gone. She has already moved on from PLL and is looking forward to the new projects in her life.

Her new projects include a new CW dramedy pilot called Life Sentence, which is about a girl who’s life changes after she’s free from cancer. Hale says this new show will show her in a different light. It’s a lot more lighthearted than Pretty Little Liars. As always, Hale has been working on her side career in music.

Of course, leaving the teen drama behind means she will have to prove herself as an actor. Lucy hopes that it will lead to a movie career someday. She no longer wants to be seen as doe-eyed Aria who wears designer clothes. But, she is aware that she will have to win over producers and a new league of fans.

She also wants to move on from her nude photo leak. Last year, the actress was a victim of a celebrity hack that resulted in the release of her intimate photos, including one in which she appears topless. She fought back on Twitter, telling the hackers to “kiss my a**.” And Hale’s photo scandal was cleverly swept under the rug.

She will not apologize for her personal life, nor does she have to. Whatever Lucy does on her free time is her business. In another interview with Byrdie, she revealed that she quit drinking and stopped partying in Hollywood. Though it’s “hard” to live in Los Angeles, she has found herself spending more time at SoulCycle classes.

Lucy Hale had to reinvent herself somehow. So, she chopped off her long brown locks. She is just trying to figure herself out while becoming “the best version of myself possible.” Now Hale’s transformation is complete.
