The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Billy Prepares to Punish Jack – Brother Battle Will Be Bloody

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) is tired of being Jack’s (Peter Bergman) whipping boy. He’s finished being the bad little brother and is planning to school Jack in the fine art of reprisal.

Billy’s discussion with Dina (Marla Adams) proved fortuitous on a few fronts. On a business level, Billy gained access to a vulnerable Jabot employee. Dina’s fluid mental state makes her easy pickings and the younger Abbott brother will take full advantage of that situation as often as possible.

For the moment Graham (Max Shippee) is serving as Dina’s buttress. But when he’s eventually pushed out, her vulnerabilities will be temporarily exposed. Billy will take full advantage of that moment. Like Jack, he’ll have no problem rationalizing his actions in this brother blood battle.

But the discussion Billy had with Dina within Brash and Sassy’s offices last week also reminded him of another subject. John (Jerry Douglas) was referenced as having been a forgiving man.

Dina wished Billy the best in his hopes to reconcile with Jack again someday, just as she had this summer. But Jack isn’t a chip off John’s block, in the opinion of many people. Billy understands that as well as anybody.

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) was present when Billy arrived in Jack’s office this week. He overheard what the head of Jabot assumed about Brash and Sassy’s financial circumstances. Billy then told him that Vickie (Amelia Heinle) paid the raised rent through the next quarter as a result of Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) aid. That delicious fact wiped the smile off flabbergasted Jack’s smug face.

The next step in Billy’s plan will be to attack Jabot using inside information initially gained through Dina, though she’ll be unaware she’s helping a rival. Then, at some point, Phyllis will voluntarily turn away from her employer and to the man she loves now.

Phyllis’ actions won’t initially be a mindful betrayal of her employer and former husband. Though Jack won’t see it that way. He’ll yell, scream and shout, redden his face in the process and shake Tognoni’s character to her core.

The fracture in Jack and Phyllis’ business relationship, which is the only one they have left, will quickly lead to a break. Alienating his ex-wife won’t be smart. But that type of emotional default hasn’t prevented Jack from behaving recklessly before.

However, this time it could cost control of his father’s company. Yes, that’s Billy’s endgame. CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Young and the Restless. Check back regularly for Y&R spoilers and news!
