The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will work together to make their men they want see the light. Phyllis’ acceptance of Hilary’s plan will result in Billy (Jason Thompson) spending a night in jail after he mistakenly concludes that Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) is his romantic adversary.
Phyllis and Hilary will concoct a plan that’s meant to play mind games with Billy and Jordan. Their ruse will have Phyllis flirt with Jordan at the Genoa City Athletic Club. That pair will then head back to the condominium that Philly has been sharing.
Billy’s anticipated arrival will allow him to catch Phyllis and Jordan in what appears to be a delicate moment. Resulting punches will lead to an inebriated Billy-boy landing in jail.
Jordan won’t initially suspect that Hilary will have been behind Phyllis’ play-acting. He’ll have been revved up in hopes that his energy will transfer to Hilary’s benefit. Devon’s (Bryton James) fans will be glad that he’s currently nowhere near his former flame, who simply can’t stop playing games. Here’s hoping he stays far away.
For her part, Phyllis continues to evidence deep insecurities. She thinks that Billy still loves Victoria (Amelia Heinle). While it’s true that part of his heart will always be owned by his multiple-time ex-wife and mother of his children, Billy actually has developed genuine love for Phyllis.
The wild scene that leads to Billy’s temporary incarceration will serve to underscore how serious he’s become about Phyllis. Time for reflection inside the pen may convince him to formalize his relationship with Miss Summers in the near future.
Hilary recently exposed an uncomfortable truth about Jordan. He couldn’t truthfully deny that Lily (Christel Khalil) was his first choice. Now that she appears to have put him in the ‘Friend Zone’, Jordan knows that Hilary is his best option. Translation, Hilary was his second romantic choice.
Unless! Lily changes her mind, which could certainly happen, Jordan will want to secure a connection with another woman. Hilary’s personality is abrasive, but Jordan is attracted to her outer qualities and the internal challenge that she presents.
Miss Curtis appears incapable of playing it straight with any man who she’s interested in. All the lies, manipulation and overall drama remains totally unnecessary. Apparently Hilary doesn’t believe that she can build a relationship without using those chipped tools.
Jordan has been reeled in. God help him if he’s unable to break Hilary’s powerful spell.
