Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, July 17, tease that JJ (Casey Moss) will have to face the music. He knew there’d be consequences if he took the fall for Theresa (Jen Lilley), but he couldn’t let her lose the custody battle. JJ knows Theresa desperately wants to be a great mom, so he did his part to make sure she got the chance.
JJ’s move paid off for Theresa, but it won’t work out as well for him. Days of Our Lives spoilers say JJ will be suspended as an EMT. He could be fired at the end of his suspension, but he’ll still feel good about his decision. JJ told Theresa he could always find another job. He’ll head down a new path if he has to, but he won’t give up on this one just yet.
Later this week, JJ will turn to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) for assistance. He’ll explain his situation and hope she can help salvage his career. Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf) will tell Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder) goodbye. He’ll watch “Tater Tot” scamper off with Theresa, but a worse farewell is coming up soon. Theresa will be leaving town with Tate in just a couple episodes, so Brady will be devastated.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abigail (Marci Miller) will mull over Gabi’s (Camila Banus) suggestion. After Abby read the paternity test results, she faced a flood of difficult emotions. Abigail suggested that maybe she should just terminate the pregnancy, but Gabi offered another solution. She urged Abigail to change the results and lie to the DiMera brothers.
Abigail knows that’d make her life easier, but she hates the idea of deceiving Chad (Billy Flynn). A dark cloud would always be hanging over their marriage. Plus, Abigail would constantly be looking over her shoulder. Stefan can be awfully sneaky, so Abby would have to worry that he’d somehow learn the truth.
However, the “truth” isn’t the truth after all! Since Gabi tampered with the results, that really adds to the complications here. Nevertheless, Days spoilers say Abigail will consider the facts she has now and try to make a choice. It won’t be easy if Chad revs up the pressure to have a baby.
Finally, Gabi will once again blast Stefan for everything he put her through. She’ll get an apology in return, but she won’t buy that he’s remorseful. DOOL fans can expect Gabi’s revenge to hit Stefan hard down the road.
