General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there’s some big comings and goings news to pass along. Several GH characters will return this week. First, let’s talk about Max Gail’s debut as Mike. The role was previously portrayed by the now retired Ron Hale. Since Gail is taking over the role, we should see a fresh spin on a familiar character.
Mike’s girlfriend might seem familiar to GH viewers as well, but for a different reason. Suanne Spoke will portray Rita, but you might remember her as the bartender Jason (Steve Burton) stumbled across in New York. She provided help when “Patient Six” needed it.
Spoke will do the same as Rita, but this time Sonny (Maurice Benard) will get the assistance. General Hospital spoilers say Rita will fill Sonny in on the details of Mike’s dilemma. She’ll be just as concerned about the trouble Mike’s in.
Mike’s a gambling addict who recently fell off the wagon, but Sonny will do what he can to get him out of this jam. That’ll definitely lead to some tension, but these two may reconnect on a deeper level eventually. Alas, Mike may have one problem that Sonny can’t tackle. His hidden health issues will come to light down the road.
Meanwhile, Robin (Kimberly McCullough will make a GH comeback. She last appeared in December, so it’s nice that she didn’t stay away too long. General Hospital spoilers say Robin will return for Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) heartbreaking funeral. That’s sure to bring some brutal episodes for all his fans. Get your tissues ready for this crushing goodbye!
Robin will also get caught up in Anna’s (Finola Hughes) drama this week. She’ll sense that Anna’s keeping secrets, so she’ll try to figure out what’s up. General Hospital spoilers say they’ll have to address the shocker sooner or later. Anna had a child with Faison (Anders Hove) and she suspects that it might be Heinrik.
Finally, Brytni Sarpy will reprise her role as Valerie this month. GH watchers won’t want to miss Valerie’s upcoming scenes. We’ll give you updates as other General Hospital details come in.
