The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Pushes Quickie Lope Marriage – Were The Annulment Papers Really Filed?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is looking out for the best interests of her daughter, not Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) troubled offspring. Pushing a quickie marriage between Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) is a purposeful strategy.

Brooke knows, based upon her seasoned relationship record alone, that Hope hasn’t secured Liam yet. Oh, he’s proposed and she put the old ring he gave her during their first go-round back on. But the baby he’s having with Steffy threatens to trump everything.

The calculation is that time allows Liam to reconsider his options. He’s such a moody guy that anything, including reconciliation with Steffy, remains on the table. Actually marrying Hope wouldn’t preclude a Steam reunion at some point. But the likelihood of that happening before the baby is born is vastly reduced if Lope, the Sequel, takes place soon.

Now the soaps can hardly be called fiction. As there are some souls who behave as Liam and Hope have. Eternal teenagers, lovey dovey, icky oouie, twenty-four seven. Yes, they are fully self-involved and oh so sickening. But one would have to search the globe to find a situation identical to Steam’s, Lope’s, or potentially, Dollar Still’s.

B&B fans recognize that Brooke also knows Bill (Don Diamont). She’s considered that Steffy will be captured by Bill if Liam is taken off the chess board by Hope.

Interestingly, it’s fair to ask if the annulment papers were actually filed. Savvy soap fans aren’t assuming that they were simply because a day (or maybe two-day) player was hired to fill the role of that messenger Liam gave the legal papers to.

Did that guy drive his plug-in to the Los Angeles County Courthouse? Was he in an accident along the way and never finished his mission? If he did make it safely, did the purposeful army of bureaucrats actually complete this legal transaction, or were Steam’s papers put on a pile while endless office politics took precedence?

Separately, did Liam stiff the messenger with no tip, or was it offered digitally via smartphone? Tip equity matters deeply in California! A sense of humor exists among those who don’t deem every cause as critical to experiences that are fictional, real, or somewhere in between.

The fans don’t know yet. Seeing the papers handed to a messenger merely implies that Steam’s marriage is over, but doesn’t prove it.

So Brooke is wisely advising her daughter to pounce. Go with Liam’s emotions, marry the man Hope loves before Clayton Kershaw returns from the disabled list. This is a Los Angeles-based show, so the topical Dodgers’ reference is apt.

Unless Steffy’s baby is actually Bill’s, or Diamont’s character manipulates a test to make it appear that way, Liam will become a father this summer. The power of those first-time feelings could easily overwhelm Clifton’s often mentally disheveled character at any point.

Hope wants Liam. He’s re-pledged his love to her. It’s believed that Steffy and Liam are annulled. As long as that is true, Hope should call Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). He performed Steam’s vow renewal awhile back. Now he can remarry Lope, while Brooke serves as the witness. CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Bold and the Beautiful.
