The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will dig her heels in and focus on protecting her happy family. Of course, things aren’t quite so happy now that she has to share Liam (Scott Clifton) with Hope (Annika Noelle). Like it or not, Hope’s pregnant and they have to deal with that.
Liam was worried about how Steffy would take the news, but it went surprisingly well. Steffy was shocked and instantly miserable, but she was understanding about how this affects Liam. It seems Steffy was saving all her rage for Hope. If Steffy wants to keep Liam by her side, it’s best to play nice with him and play dirty with her rival!
Steffy’s desperate to marry Liam, so she’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen. There are several reasons for this fierce determination. For starters, Steffy wants a loving two-parent home for Kelly. People co-parent successfully all the time, but Steffy would rather give her daughter the ideal situation.
Naturally, Steffy has a lot of love for Liam as well. She wants to fully recapture that “Steam” magic, but is that even possible now? Steffy has certainly worked hard to pull it off. That’s probably another reason she’s so committed to a future with Liam. Steffy surely doesn’t want to see all that effort go down the drain.
However, we can’t ignore jealousy as a motivator here. Is this mainly about securing a life with Liam or defeating Hope? That’s up for debate. On Twitter, fans have been weighing in on this topic. Some Bold and the Beautiful viewers feel like Steffy’s mostly out for a victory. After all, wishy-washy Liam doesn’t seem like much of a prize anymore.
