The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) romantic woes will continue. Their relationships have been facing some serious issues lately. Sharon (Sharon Case) can’t help but wonder if Nick’s turning into his sneaky, controlling father. He’s certainly been making a lot of Victor (Eric Braeden)-ish decisions lately.
Nick has repeatedly ignored Sharon’s concerns about moving. She just wants to stay in the house she loves! Sharon’s made so many warm memories there. If Nick really cares as much as he claims, shouldn’t he want to make Sharon happy? Shouldn’t be fine living anywhere as long as they’re together? You’d think so, but Nick’s been busy buying a dream home on his own.
That’s a huge purchase and Sharon should’ve had some input on it. Nick can downplay it all he wants, but he obviously knew Sharon wouldn’t get on board unless he did it behind her back. This is just the latest incident in a string of questionable choices. Nick’s got a whole new personality now that he’s Mr. Dark Horse. His J.T. impersonation plot was way over the top.
Sharon and Nick’s secrets are also on the verge of exposure. Once Nick learns she lied about J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) and Sharon hears about the hookup, “Shick” will inevitably implode. Y&R clearly brought Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) on as a potential love interest for Sharon. The Young and the Restless spoilers say they’ll be bonding a lot in the coming weeks, so that should be Sharon’s next pairing.
What about Nick? Will he find love again after this engagement falls apart? Nick has to be paired up with someone and Phyllis seems like good option. “Philly” is facing just as much trouble these days. Billy’s spiraling and probably won’t stop until he hits rock bottom. The intervention didn’t go as planned, so Billy will have to deal with more drama before he can turn things around.
That hookup we mentioned could be a deal-breaker for Billy, too. He won’t be pleased that Phyllis had a one-night stand with her ex and kept it from him. Once Billy and Phyllis’ relationship crumbles again, Jack (Peter Bergman) may think he’s finally got a shot. He’d love to get Phyllis back, but will Nick become his next obstacle? That could easily be the case.
Perhaps Phyllis, Nick and Jack will become Y&R’s latest love triangle! The Young and the Restless spoilers say relationships will remain complicated in Genoa City. There’s plenty of heartache coming up, so don’t miss all the bombshells and breakups.
