The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of April 9-13 tease that some huge surprises are on the way. For starters, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will face a crushing blow. Thanks to her antics with Simone (Shanica Knowles), Devon (Bryton James) will ditch the whole baby-making idea. He’ll suggest that unless Hilary’s already pregnant, they won’t be co-parenting together.
If Hilary doesn’t have a bun in the oven, what will she do? Devon will have no intention of trying for a kid again, but we’ll see if he can hold out. Hilary could always go for a secret insemination if she really doesn’t mind making things worse for herself! Sometimes short-term turmoil can lead to long-term happiness on Y&R.
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will fight over who gets to spend time with Nick (Joshua Morrow). Come on, ladies. He’s not that interesting! Nevertheless, Phyllis and Sharon both have a strong bond with their mutual ex. That’ll lead to more conflict, so stay tuned for a fierce showdown this week.
Later, Phyllis’ loyalty will be put to the test. She’s not happy about the current situation at Jabot, but Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) may push Sharon to suck it up. This is only temporary anyway. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) days as Jabot’s leader are numbered.
Speaking of Kyle, he’ll choose to get quite nosy in the week ahead. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle will be determined to find out what Dina’s (Marla Adams) hiding. He’ll suspect it’s something that he could use to hurt his father and he’s certainly right about that. Of course, the news that Jack isn’t a blood Abbott would rock Kyle to the core as well.
Whenever the truth finally comes out, there are going to be some major issues in the Abbott family. Until then, we’ll see some Newman Enterprises shakeups. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will take charge, so Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will just have to accept it. However, she’ll have far bigger problems this week thanks to J.T. (Thad Luckinbell).
The Young and the Restless spoilers state that a violent war and a death are coming up. It looks like Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Phyllis, Sharon and Victoria will bury J.T.’s body after it’s all over. Will Paul (Doug Davidson) ever get a clue about what they’ve done? It usually takes him a while to crack cases, but some suspicions could definitely emerge.
On the bright side, maybe the gang can claim that J.T. skipped town. The Young and the Restless spoilers say J.T. will confess before his bitter end. That could let the ladies claim that he simply fled.
