Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will start fading fast. Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will move forward with plans to donate Kate Roberts’ (Lauren Koslow) heart, but those plans will go awry in the best possible way. After Lucas and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) say an emotional goodbye, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) will pay Kate a crucial visit.
As DOOL fans might expect, Dr. Rolf will end up saving Kate’s life. Kate’s been mixed up with the DiMera clan for years, so Dr. Rolf may do it out of loyalty. The point is Kate will survive and once again leave Julie without any options. Things will grow increasingly dire as Julie bids her own loved ones farewell through dying wishes. She’ll also share some touching moments with the love of her life.
Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will be devastated as Julie slips away. They’ll reminisce together just before Julie loses consciousness, so Doug may feel like this is the end of the road. However, hope will arrive soon enough – most likely in the form of bleeding Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). Thanks to Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) on-duty blunder, there’s a good chance Stefan will face a severe gunshot wound.
The good news is the bullet will apparently miss Stefan’s heart. The bad news is Stefan should still succumb to his terrible injuries. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Gabi will be horrified on October 4 – the same day Julie passes out. It sounds like right as Julie’s on the verge of death, Stefan will be rushed to the hospital on a stretcher.
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and her team will do everything they can to save Stefan, but we know he’s headed for the exit door. Dying and donating his heart to Julie makes the most sense here. Days spoilers say that as Stefan’s wife, Gabi will have to make the call. It’ll be a brutal decision – and it’ll have to be made quickly. Time will be of the essence for Gabi’s feisty enemy, Julie.
Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest it’ll be a hopeless situation for Stefan, so Gabi will ultimately think the choice is clear. She should make up for her mistake of leaving Julie to die, but it’ll seemingly come as Stefan’s expense. We’ll give you updates as other Days news comes in.
