General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) grief will take a toll. She’s been doing her best to make peace with Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) brutal murder, but it hasn’t been easy. Ava Jerome (Maura West) hoped to kill Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and seek some closure that way, but that plan obviously didn’t pan out.
However, it’s doubtful murdering Ryan would’ve solved Ava’s problem. Revenge can’t fill the hole in her heart. The good news is there’s something that might ease Ava’s pain. The bad news is she may go about achieving it in the wrong way. Ava certainly misses Kiki and feels guilty since Ryan went after her because of their romance. Even so, there’s one part of all this that makes it even worse.
Ava and Kiki had been on better terms for while, but that all fell apart before Kiki’s death. GH fans know Ava’s last interaction with Kiki wasn’t a pleasant one. As a result, Ava will continue to face an inner battle. General Hospital spoilers say Ava’s mourning will become too much to bear on July 9. Her despair will reach another level and it’ll drive her to do something drastic.
It’s possible Ava will try a séance on her own just like Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) did. She eavesdropped on Joss’ conversation with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so she’s undoubtedly been mulling that over offscreen. Ava might decide it’s worth a shot and be deeply distraught when it doesn’t work. Communicating with the dead obviously isn’t going to be a piece of cake!
Unfortunately, Ava may assume Kiki’s shutting her out. The truth is Kiki would want Ava to forgive herself and stop dwelling on their friction. Kiki wouldn’t hold any grudges under the circumstances. Ava said and did some things she regrets, but Kiki knew her mother loved her deep down.
If Ava could wrap her head around that, she’d be able to heal and move forward. Alas, Ava will likely be fixated on this séance idea. It could take a wrong turn if she keeps pursuing this angle. Veronica Cartwright is set to portray a mysterious character who interacts with Ava this July, so she may play the psychic who conducts the séance. If so, will Ava’s mission end in success or failure?
Time will tell, but closure for Ava may lie in her heart. It’s possible Ava will be able to get in touch with Kiki, but General Hospital spoilers suggest she really needs to look within if she hopes to let go.
