General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will reflect on some old memories. On April 30, Finn will talk to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). He’ll wonder if Liz has heard from Hayden lately, but he probably won’t have much luck finding out her location.
Hayden got in touch with Finn last November about some “unfinished business,” but he opted to skip meeting up with her in Italy. Finn chose to help Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) with her mission instead, but it seems he hasn’t quite been able to shake Hayden. After all, Finn’s still asking about her and seemingly worrying, too. He wouldn’t be doing that if Hayden weren’t still in his thoughts.
Why is General Hospital mentioning Hayden out of the blue? One reason is they don’t want GH fans to forget about Hayden and the child she’s hiding from Finn. He has no idea he’s got a son or daughter out there. That’s undoubtedly the unfinished business Hayden wanted to talk about last year.
However, the timing could be significant since the Nurses Ball is rapidly approaching. Everyone knows a few GH bombs tend to drop at this big event. One of those bombs may be for Anna. Despite all the pre-proposal doubts Finn’s been dealing with, it looks like he may finally pop the question around that time.
Meanwhile, General Hospital has set up Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) as a backup option. Old feelings seem to have resurfaced for Robert, so that might be a pairing they want to revisit down the road.
Regardless, GH could throw another massive Nurses Ball curveball if Hayden reaches out. Will she make contact either through a surprise return or a stunning message?
The most dramatic way to reintroduce Hayden’s story would be to have her show up with a kid, but that’s not the only route GH could take. They might have Hayden send another cryptic letter about meeting up – perhaps one that’s truly dire this time.
Then again, Hayden could send a message about not doing very well wherever she may be. She might admit they have a son or daughter and send the kid to Finn. Hayden could even recruit someone to deliver the child along with the message. It’d be great for Finn to just meet his little one out of nowhere.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers point to things going awry as usual at this year’s Nurses Ball. Will Hayden’s potential shocker change everything for Finn and Anna? Will she derail his proposal somehow?
