The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) competitive side could cost her – and so could her desire to do the right thing. B&B fans know Sally’s working with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on a fashion showdown. Sally’s storyline has been pretty separate for a while now, so why is she joining all the Thomas action?
There has to be a good reason, and it’s one that could mean disaster for Sally. Let’s consider the clues. For starters, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sally will confide in Steffy. She’ll insist that she just CAN’T lose to Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) – but we’re betting the emphasis will be on Thomas.
Sally will likely bring up her history with Thomas and how many times she’s been burned. She’ll tell Steffy that they simply must pull off a win. Sally will refuse to let Thomas cause her any more pain or heartache. Of course, that’s not exactly something Sally can control! Thomas could end up costing Sally far more than she ever expected.
Let’s get back to those clues that are piling up. New Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for 2020 reveal that a beloved character will be killed off! Sally told Wyatt that they were going to be OK, even if it KILLED her. That dialogue felt significant. It’s reminiscent of the times Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) said things like “my son will never be dead to me” when Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) believed him to be dead.
Sally’s words could be a hint that she’ll indeed face deadly danger – or even lose her life. If she finds out what Thomas is really up to or poses a threat to his future with Hope, there’ll be a target on her back. Sally could even be an unintended victim who’s simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Now we have to consider “Flo” Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) imminent return. Wyatt was already the bad guy when he broke up with Sally over a minor mistake. Does B&B really want him to break Sally’s heart again without a decent explanation?
The Bold and the Beautiful writers seem keen on reuniting Flo and Wyatt, so the story’s bound to swing in their direction again. If Wyatt just dumps Sally, he looks like a jerk. It makes it harder to root for Flo and Wyatt – the pairing they’re apparently pushing.
However, if Sally dies and Flo supports Wyatt in the aftermath…now we’re onto something. It could just be their natural spark rekindling in a time of heartbreak. Wyatt wouldn’t be the bad guy in that scenario. We’d feel sorry for him – and so would supportive Flo.
