The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, July 29, tease that Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle) will face a tricky situation. Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) just disobeyed his father’s stern orders by blabbing about Beth Spencer. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) warned Douglas not to tell anyone Beth is alive, but the kid couldn’t resist telling Mommy Hope on Friday.
Of course, Hope doesn’t think that’s possible. As far as Hope knows, she held her dead baby in her arms on Catalina Island. Hope may gently suggest that Douglas is right about Beth always being with them. She may agree that Beth is alive in spirit, but she might also remind Douglas that Beth is up in heaven with his other mommy, Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey).
However, Douglas might argue that Beth is alive for real or try to explain in some other child-appropriate terms. Hope may not understand, but this would be a convenient time for Thomas to step in and steer Douglas toward another conversation. Meanwhile, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will mull over Douglas’ claims and add to his list of clues.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say someone surprising will point Liam in the direction of his little girl. Liam might pump Douglas for a bit more info and realize the kid eavesdropped on his dad. Since he already suspects Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) never gave birth and knows she’s keeping a massive secret with Thomas, it’s easy to see why things will start falling into place for Liam.
Thanks to confirmation from the hospital in Las Vegas, Liam will soon know he’s on the right track. It looks like Liam will begin making the “Phoebe Forrester” (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) is Beth connection, but he’ll want firm proof before he does anything else. B&B spoilers say Liam will take advantage of Thomas and Hope’s honeymoon. While they’re busy with their “staycation,” Liam will do some poking around.
As for Hope, she’ll let Thomas know he’s raising a fine boy and she’s so glad to be helping now. Hope will gush about Douglas and how much they need each other. She’ll be unable to stop talking about her stepson, so Thomas’ anger will quickly bubble up. He’ll think Hope needs to quit with the Douglas stuff and just enjoy their newlywed status. Thomas will point out that’s what a honeymoon’s for.
