The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Pierson Fode Reveals Serious Brain Trauma and Blackouts – Assures Fans He’s ‘Not Dead’

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that one CBS soap star has been battling a private health battle. B&B fans will recall when Pierson Fode played Thomas Forrester. Matthew Atkinson has stepped in the role now, and he’s certainly playing this creepier version of Thomas quite well. However, many viewers will always have a soft spot for Fode’s portrayal.

Fans have enjoyed keeping up with Fode on social media since his Bold and the Beautiful departure, but he dropped off the map recently. That’s because Fode was struggling with a serious health issue and needed time to heal. Fode eventually broke his social media silence and set the record straight about his condition. He wanted to offer reassurance and shed some light on what he went through.

Fode posted a great Instagram pic along with a caption that said: “I’m not dead! I’m actually quite far from it now. Although over the last month and a half I managed to have a few beers and ponder life with ol’ grim reaper. I wasn’t going to share anything but that damn little square in my shirt was in so many photos. It keeps reminding me that maybe this can give someone else in a similar state hope.”

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – An Important Little Square

Fode went on to talk about his shocking health woes and how important his little square became. It was a useful tool for Fode’s doctors to keep tabs on his condition.

“That square was a heart monitor for the doctors to track blackouts related to brain trauma,” Fode explained. He suggested he might make a film about his experience one day, but he’s mostly just happy to be alive and getting back to normal.

“I just wanted to say how grateful I am to be back to myself,” Fode said. “Thankful to everyone that reached out, even if I wasn’t able to respond.”

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Shout-Out To Friends And Family

Fode gave a special shout-out to his medical team as well as his friends and family, who gave him much-needed hope along the way. He now intends to take full advantage of all life has to offer.

Fode closed his post with some words of wisdom and hoped his fans would find them meaningful. “Our life here is short be sure you don’t take it too serious, cut out the negative, and have a dawn good time while you’re at it,” Fode insisted. That’s excellent advice from someone who’s been through a lot!

As for what’s next on B&B, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say current Thomas will continue manipulating Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) to get what he wants. We’ll give you updates as other news comes in. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, updates and news.

I’m not dead! I’m actually quite far from it now. Although over the last month and a half I managed to have a few beers and ponder life with ol’ grim reaper. I wasn’t going to share anything but that damn little square in my shirt was in so many photos. It keeps reminding me that maybe this can give someone else in a similar state hope. This photo sums up the feeling. That square was a heart monitor for the doctors to track blackouts related to brain trauma. Exciting I know;) maybe one day I’ll make a film about it. Imagine if everyday your life was like the lovechild of memento and and a drug free, fear and loathing in Las Vegas. Talk about a fun rom-com. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to be back to myself. Thankful for everyone that reached out, even if I was unable to respond. Grateful for my friends and family who encouraged me and gave me hope along the way (that was very needed). Grateful to the doctors. Grateful for the life I get to live. Our life here is short be sure you don’t take it too serious, cut out the negative, and have a damn good time while you’re at it.
