The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 27, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will get a visit from Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Once Nate shows up at Newman Enterprises, he won’t have good news to report. However, he’ll insist that they can fight this. Victor will want to know all the treatment options, including experimental ones.
Afterward, Nate will stop by Society to chat with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). He’ll distract her from her family issues with a riddle, so they’ll laugh as they continue bonding. Nate will wonder when their date’s happening, so Abby will promise to text him the details.
Over with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), they’ll spend some time enjoying their new apartment. They’ll discuss redecorating a bit and Kyle will hope he can learn to make dinner for Lola. Kyle will head off to work, but he’ll text Abby as he goes. He’ll have a surprise in store for Lola, but he’ll need Abby to lure her away from the apartment first.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby will do what she’s told. She’ll arrive and get Lola to go shopping with her, so Kyle will use the opportunity to assemble a bookcase – or at least try to assemble a bookcase! He’ll fail miserably, but Lola will grab some tools and pitch in once she returns. They’ll celebrate their teamwork and accomplishment by making love.
At Crimson Lights, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will fill Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in on Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) demands. She’ll also be concerned about how Billy’s handling Adam’s return to town. Billy will confess that he’s been struggling, but he’ll promise he’s not headed down a familiar destructive road. He’ll hope to focus on their family’s bright future instead.
Victoria will consider what’s next with Adam and their father. She’ll think Victor needs to be made aware of Adam’s true intentions. At the tack house, Nick will let Adam no he’s not interested in fulfilling his demands. Despite Adam’s attempts to convince him, Nick will insist he’s not giving up his son.
Nick will add that he’s not going to find Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor Newman (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) for Adam either. Adam will contend that he wants to be a dad to his sons, but Nick will feel like Adam only cares about himself. Y&R spoilers say Adam will just hope Nick doesn’t regret his choice.
Back at Newman, Victoria will grill Victor about Adam taking on a job above her at the company. Vic will argue that Adam has different strengths than his sister. Victoria will be fed up with the way Victor favors Adam, who obviously doesn’t care about the company or their family for that matter. When Victoria brings her father up to speed on Adam’s demands, she’ll get a laugh out of Victor.
Next, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will arrive and reveal that Nick rejected his terms. Once Victor gets rid of Victoria, he’ll note that Adam’s keeping things from him. He’ll drop a hint about the shooter that was arrested and feel like there are many secrets on Adam’s end.
Adam will suggest he wanted to see how far Nick and Victoria would go to get rid of him. He’ll want Chelsea and Connor back – with the addition of Christian. Adam will urge Victor to help him pull off his goal. If Victor comes through for him on the custody situation, Adam will suggest he’s all his.
After speaking with Victoria briefly, Nick will phone someone to set up a meeting about Christian. At Jabot, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will share his Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) struggles with Billy. Talk will turn to Adam, but Jack will remain on the returned Newman’s side.
Billy will also bring up the commitment ceremony he’s planning with Victoria. He’ll pester Jack about dating, but Jack won’t think he’s ready for another romance. However, Jack will contemplate Claire’s business card once he’s alone. He’ll ultimately bail on the idea and give Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) a call.
Finally, Victoria will find Billy and grumble about what she’s up against. She’ll plan to show Victor and Adam her ruthless side, so maybe they should be wary!
