The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, April 16, tease that Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) will make his pitch to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). Now that she’s had some time to cool off, Arturo will hope they can have a calm discussion about their future. He’ll assure Abby that he’s sorry for his betrayal and only wants her, not Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez).
However, Abby will undoubtedly reject Arturo’s plea to get back together. She’s been far too riled to cave in now. Abby may suggest that it’s too late to apologize and push Arturo to move on. She’s certainly doing the same by throwing herself into her new restaurant, which is set to open soon.
Abby wants to prove she can be a huge success all on her own, so fixing things with Arturo just won’t interest her. Later, Arturo will meet up with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Rey is using Arturo as Mia’s alibi for the night of Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) attack, so they need to have a conversation about that.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Arturo will eventually propose a deal. It’s not clear how much Rey will have to divulge to get Arturo on board with his plan, but it sounds like Arturo will use this situation to his advantage. Arturo may want a truce if he’s going to lie to the cops and help Mia out.
Then again, this could be related to the baby and the paternity mystery. If that comes up, Arturo may want to make a deal that involves protecting the kid no matter what. This baby is a Rosales, so they need to stick together on this.
Other Y&R spoilers say Rey will come clean to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). He’ll refuse to keep any more secrets from her, which means Sharon will find out that Mia went after Abby and got Lola by mistake. Rey will trust Sharon to keep this a secret for the sake of Mia’s unborn child, but she’ll definitely be shaken by the news.
