The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 24, tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have a surprising chat with his sister. Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) always loves catching up with Jack, but she’ll be particularly thrilled over this conversation. That’s because Jack will have two exciting revelations.
The first will be that he’s made peace with Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) actions. Jack used to blame Dina for abandoning their family, but he’s gained another perspective. Now that Jack knows what it’s like to be unfulfilled in his own life, he can see why Dina made painful choices. He can be disappointed in the years they lost without holding those choices against her.
Jack’s news will certainly please Traci, who adores their mother. Dina’s decline has been difficult for the Abbotts to watch, so Traci will be grateful that they can all come together. There’s no more resentment holding them back. Family is one of the most important things in the world to Traci, which brings us to Jack’s next revelation. He’ll want Traci to help him write a book about the Abbott clan.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Traci will be over the moon. She normally flies solo when it comes to writing, but she’ll be more than willing to co-author this time. Traci will think they’ll make an excellent team. Of course, this could bring an interesting journey for the Abbotts. You never know what buried secrets might be uncovered once the past is revisited…
In the meantime, let’s get back to all the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) drama. Thanks to Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) arrest, the Newmans will hate Adam more than ever. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be especially incensed, but Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will rush to Adam’s defense. She’ll refuse to believe Adam’s as ruthless as Nick’s making him out to be.
At some point, Sharon will end up pushing Adam to help Victoria. He’ll wonder what he’d get out of the deal, so Sharon will reply that he’d get her. Will Sharon really be willing to reunite? She might be if Adam can show his softer side and help Victoria out of her jam. The tricky part is it might put suspicion back on Adam and then he could lose Sharon all over again. What’s a pill-swapping framer to do?
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Y&R spoilers say they’ll have a strategy session. Victor and Nikki will need a way to neutralize Adam before he destroys them all. They’ll definitely want to get Victoria out of the slammer ASAP. Maybe they can at least get her out on bail while they figure out their next move.
