The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that some shockers and shakeups are brewing on the CBS soap. Y&R has some great drama coming up in the months ahead, and we’ve got a first look at all the action. Here’s a fall preview so you’ll know what to expect.
For starters, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will face some trouble as they get settled back in Genoa City. Things from the past will come back to haunt them, but they’ll try to keep their heads above water. As for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), his downward spiral will affect his relationship with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and their family’s future.
Billy’s alternate personality will spin out of control, which will bring Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) back in the picture to help. Unfortunately, Jill and Victoria will fear they may be too late by the time they realize how deep Billy’s issues run. Over with Paul Williams (Doug Davidson), a scandalous case will fall into his lap. He’ll work hard to crack it, which could bring a mystery with plenty of twists and turns.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will find himself in familiar territory. He’ll accept a new Jabot position and feel that working chemistry he had before with Summer Newman (Hunter King). Summer will remain in Kyle’s orbit, which should cause some problems in his new marriage to Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle).
Of course, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) won’t just fade to the background. He’ll become increasingly obsessed with destroying Kyle’s world, but Summer will still find this bad boy appealing. She’ll find it tough to resist Theo, even with all the scheming he’ll be doing. Y&R fans will see Lola come dangerously close to learning the big Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) secret.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) isn’t even mentioned in fall preview spoilers, so it sounds like that sneaky feud with Theo will fizzle fast. He’ll probably be too wrapped up with Summer and Kyle chaos to juggle it all. Mariah could, however, have good news headed her way. That’s because Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will reevaluate their lingering feelings for each other.
Part of Sharon may remain drawn to Adam, but Rey’s the safe choice. They did share a nice connection, so maybe they’ll manage to get things going again. As for Adam, he’ll focus on rebuilding his relationship with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and trying to prove himself as a father. Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will see real progress, but Adam’s dark side will still be concerning.
Even so, Chelsea will end up torn between the Newman brothers. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is winning Chelsea’s heart again, but she can’t deny that enduring love for Adam. The situation could be further complicated by the Newman war. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will catch onto his son’s surprising strategies and make some bold moves of his own.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will worry as this battle rages on. Some bombshells are brewing that’ll turn Nikki’s world topsy-turvy. Victor’s health will remain a factor as this storyline moves forward, so the Newmans will definitely be concerned.
Chelsea and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will eventually open the Grand Phoenix with Phyllis’ help, which should bring some interesting challenges. Running a hotel isn’t easy, so these three may face some hiccups they don’t see coming. Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will go on a journey of self-exploration while Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) visits GC a bit more often.
Finally, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will pursue a new project she’s passionate about. It’ll lead her down an intriguing path that could change her life drastically. That’s it for your fall preview!
