Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will soon tell a big fib, but for what she thinks is a good reason. As DOOL viewers know, Nicole and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) had a major run-in with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) on New Year’s Eve.
Kristen, donned in a nun’s habit, spied Nicole and Brady kissing at the stroke of midnight and about lost it. She tore off her habit and revealed a slinky red dress, as well as her love for Brady.
Of course, Brady was mortified by the whole scene. He’s still angry that Kristen left him after their baby died, and after Kristen killed Haley Chen (Thia Megia).
DOOL viewers aren’t privy yet to the details of what happened between Kristen and Haley, but it must have been pretty horrible and precipitated Kristen’s departure from Salem. Brady clearly isn’t over Kristen’s decision to abandon him and still holds a major grudge.
But of course Kristen is bound and determined to get Brady back. And nothing is going to stop her from making Brady hers again.
But it looks like Nicole is certainly going to try to come between them, since Nicole really cares about Brady in her own right and wants to protect him from the likes of Kristen. Nicole knows how devastated Brady was after Kristen left him, and she doesn’t want Kristen to hurt her friend again.
Brady and Nicole are friends, but there’s also been much more to their relationship than friendship in the past. They’ve been a romantic item, and recently they’ve seemed to be teetering on the edge of a romantic pairing again, even though they’ve stated that they need to remain “just friends.”
Yet, Kristen has gotten the idea that they’re together again, given all their public displays of affection recently.
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Nicole will soon tell Kristen a big lie about her relationship with Brady, and this likely means that she’ll try to help Brady out by telling Kristen that she and Brady are indeed back together.
Nicole will apparently be trying to discourage Kristen from pursuing Brady, but if we know Kristen, that might just egg her on more, in order to get Brady away from Nicole, whom she can’t stand. Days spoilers also say that Brady will find out about the lie, and he’ll end up going along with it.
Of course, if the lie is indeed that Brady and Nicole are together again, then one wonders how that’s going to play once Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) comes back from Boston after his daughter’s cancer treatment has concluded. Nicole clearly still wants a reconciliation with Eric, so she may have some explaining to do.
At any rate, Nicole and Brady’s ruse could cause all sorts of problems, especially for Nicole. After all, Kristen is dangerous, especially toward women who go after Brady!
