Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Tripp Saves Claire from Charlie – Prevents Allie’s Real Rapist from Claiming Another Victim?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that we have a bad feeling about where one storyline’s headed. DOOL fans watched as Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) hit it off with Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), the Titan intern who’s determined to climb the corporate ladder.

Charlie asked Claire for advice since she’s connected to the Kiriakis family and then asked Claire out on a date.

Claire declined since her mind was on heavier things. She mentioned a death in the family and how she just found out something horrible about her ex. Claire was obviously referring to Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) and the rape accusations.

Claire didn’t go into details with Charlie, but she did allude to how she thought her ex was a good person – and then he wasn’t.

Charlie was quick to point out Claire wouldn’t have to worry about that with him. “What you see is what you get!” Charlie said cheerfully. Uh-oh. That seems like a HUGE hint that Charlie’s going to have a dark side.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there’s a good chance Charlie raped Allie in London, so it’s troubling that he’s getting along so well with Claire.

Claire accepted Charlie’s card and will undoubtedly give him a call or simply run into him later. After all, Salem’s a small town and people bump into each other all the time. There might be another serendipitous meeting – or perhaps even one Charlie secretly plans.

We know Claire will lean on Charlie during the week of October 12-16. Charlie will console Claire as she struggles with the loss of Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal). It should establish some trust that could be broken sooner or later.

Claire may start hanging out with Charlie and eventually dating him, which could set the stage for a dangerous new chapter.

What happens when Charlie wants to kick things up a notch and Claire wants to slow down? Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) worried that maybe Tripp was one of those guys who couldn’t take no for an answer, but that might be a better description for Charlie.

Of course, Charlie may be tempted to bolt if he meets Allie and figures out she’s the one he raped. It’d be better for Charlie to just leave town, but he’s stuck on this idea of moving on up at Titan. Charlie won’t want to leave his internship or Claire once that romance starts progressing.

Maybe Charlie will be lulled into a false sense of security since Tripp is the only man Allie remembers from that night – at least so far. Naturally, that could leave Claire vulnerable to Charlie and his aggressive tendencies. How long until Charlie tries to make Claire his next victim?

That seems like it’d be a fitting climax for this Days story. It’s easy to imagine Charlie trying to force himself on Claire – only to have Tripp rush in and stop him. Maybe Allie will face a memory flood in the nick of time and send Tripp to Claire’s rescue.

Charlie’s guilt is still speculation at this point, but we definitely don’t trust the guy. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tripp is probably innocent, so someone has to be the guilty party – and Charlie makes the most sense. We’ll provide updates as other Days news comes in.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Claire may regret getting tangled up with Charlie down the road, so stay tuned to DOOL. CDL’s your one-stop source for sizzling Days of Our Lives spoilers, news and updates, so stop by often.
