Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, February 18, tease that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will make a shocking admission. She just collapsed after Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) cranked up her pacemaker app, but Gabi’s in for an unpleasant surprise. Julie will eventually reveal she’s feeling just fine; this whole thing was a charade just to make sure Gabi fully incriminated herself.
JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) short-circuited the pacemaker switch, so Gabi has no power at all. Once Gabi realizes that, her wedding day will go from bad to worse. Days spoilers say Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will have no choice but to arrest Gabi. He’ll step forward to take his sister into custody, so Gabi will be sulking at the police station soon.
Meanwhile, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will turn his attention to Lani Price (Sal Stowers). He’ll still be reeling from all these revelations about Gabi as well as his previous relationship with Lani.
Eli will end up sharing a kiss with Lani in the heat of the moment, but he’ll remain hurt and confused. He won’t understand why Lani couldn’t just come to him with the truth from the get-go.
After all, Lani and Eli could’ve worked on a plot to eliminate Gabi’s leverage. She was willing to put a plot in motion with JJ, so none of this will make much sense to Eli. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will do her best to explain, but Eli will still be pretty overwhelmed. He’ll ultimately get a promise that whenever he’s ready, Lani will be waiting for him.
Over with Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves), Days of Our Lives spoilers say she’ll get updates on the death of her father, Bill Horton (Edward Mallory). It’ll certainly be a difficult blow for Jennifer and the rest of Bill’s loved ones.
Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will hear about this tough loss and reflect on his entrance to Salem. He was going by the name Brent Douglas when he landed in prison and met Bill, who was his cellmate.
Bill told plenty of stories about Salem, so Doug headed there after his release. That led to a wonderful life, which Doug will be forever grateful for. DOOL fans can expect some warm memories as Doug raises a glass along with Jennifer and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). This is all part of Hayes’ 50th anniversary with the show, so it’ll still be a celebration of sorts.
JJ and Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) will eventually hear the news, so there’ll be some tears and somber hugs within the family. They’ll all make Africa travel plans since that’s where Bill’s funeral will be held.
Abigail won’t want Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to come along, so she may think he needs to stick around and handle things at DiMera Enterprises. With Gabi in custody, it’ll be important to work fast.
Besides, Abigail could use some time to grieve on her own anyway. As for JJ, Days of Our Lives spoilers say this will be his final airdate.
