General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 4, tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will have to decide if she’s going to rat Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) out or keep her mouth shut.
Valentin tried to bribe her by promising to help ELQ and all its shareholders. He also promised he could revive Brook Lynn’s stalled music career, so he’s given her a lot to think about.
Brook Lynn seemed poised to spill Valentin’s secret, but she may change her mind on Tuesday. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will think it’s high time they learn who they’re dealing with, so it seems he’ll still be in the dark on Valentin’s involvement.
Brook Lynn might decide that her career’s worth more than her family – at least for now.
Regardless, Valentin will keep plotting with Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) at the Metro Court. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will talk about who they’re going to look at next, so this may lead to a discussion about Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
Valentin will have a proposition to pass along later this week, so this may be about securing the shares of Sam’s children.
Next, let’s talk about furious Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). GH fans know Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spoke the harsh truth on the stand – that Nelle’s a compulsive liar who manipulates and can’t form a genuine bond with anyone.
Nina also exposed how Nelle blackmailed her way into her marriage to Julian Jerome (William deVry), so Nelle had a major outburst in the courtroom.
Now it’s time for another one in Nina’s office, where Nelle just called out the “bitch” for betraying her. Nelle will fly into a rage and rant about Nina going against her in court, but Nina will think Nelle needs to get her facts straight.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will maintain that she told the truth. She’ll reiterate that this custody case is about winning for Nelle – not about Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Nina just dropped her half-heart pendant on the carpet, so it looks like that may slip by Nelle for the moment.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will take a stand against Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Jordan will point out that something’s going to be a lot harder than he thinks, so she may mean manipulating her – or tearing down Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) empire.
Either way, Jordan will try unsuccessfully to rattle Cyrus in Tuesday’s exciting episode.
As for Sonny, he’ll reflect on the difficult decision he has to make about Mike Corbin (Max Gail). Sonny’s been left to determine Mike’s end-of-life care, so he’s struggling to know whether he should let Mike go.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will show up to support Sonny in his time of crisis, but this is a choice Sonny has to make on his own.
Over with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll seem upset as he talks to Carly. Jason will know it’s a lot to ask, but he’ll insist there’s no one else. It sounds like Jason may need an urgent favor, so we’ll see what he’s getting at soon enough.
