General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that some crucial info could fall into Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) lap. GH fans know Valentin stepped up to help Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) in more ways than one. Valentin paid Nelle a hefty amount for her ELQ shares, then arranged for her fake passports when she was set to run away with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Valentin also saw to it that those passports mysteriously vanished from police custody, which allowed Nelle to walk free on the kidnapping and fraud charges.
Nelle and Valentin seem to have a mutual respect for each other, and now Valentin is as pleased as punch that Nelle is wreaking havoc on the Quartermaines. The distraction certainly benefits Valentin as he plots to take over ELQ.
Valentin’s alliance with Nelle could get interesting thanks to General Hospital’s latest big reveal. Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) bio daughter was confirmed through the half-heart pendant necklace in Nelle’s keepsake box. If Valentin discovers Nina’s link to Nelle, he could have a major opportunity on his hands.
As GH viewers will remember, Valentin wanted nothing more than to find Nina’s daughter – so much so that he conjured up a fake one in Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). We all know how that turned out! Valentin ended up losing Nina after she found out he orchestrated the whole scam.
Now Nina is with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), but Valentin’s still madly in love and desperate to get Nina back. Valentin might have a way to make that happen if he can reunite Nina with her daughter – the real one this time!
All it would take is one little clue for Valentin to launch a full-scale investigation into the matter and discover the truth. Since Nelle’s been digging around in that keepsake box, perhaps she’ll decide to wear the necklace again. If Valentin spotted it, he would instantly have questions and suspicions.
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Valentin might be the very first person to realize Nelle is Nina’s daughter. Of course, Nelle won’t be the dream daughter Nina was hoping for, but she’s a daughter nonetheless.
There’s no doubt that Nina will form a bond with Nelle in time, so Valentin would still be a hero to Nina. Valentin could be in the prime position for a Nina reunion soon, so we’ll give you updates as other story news surfaces.
