General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) really seems lost lately. Chase is really torn up over losing Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but he adamantly believes that he did the right thing by making Willow think that he was having an affair with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Chase really loves Willow, and he wanted to do the right thing by Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) for her.
Well, Chase recently spent some time moping around at the docks, totally miserable over the situation he’s in. Chase knows that he’s going to have to go on with his life, just as Willow is going to go on with hers – and Chase fully expects Willow to marry Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in an attempt to help him gain custody of Wiley against Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier). And he’s right – Michael will marry Willow.
Well, this leaves us wondering where all of this leaves Chase. He’s going to have to do something to get his mind off of Willow and move on with his life, so this might mean throwing himself directly into his work. We might see Chase get more involved in the fight against Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or even put himself on dangerous assignments to get his mind off what’s gone down in his personal life.
Of course, another possibility is that he’ll ultimately get together with Sasha. Since the two have something in common, it would make sense that they’d hang out together and commiserate over what they did. But Sasha and Chase really don’t seem like they’re even really attracted to each other.
But there is someone that Chase has sparks with (albeit in an antagonistic way) and that’s Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Chase and Brook Lynn didn’t get started out on the right foot, since on their first couple of encounters, Brook Lynn actually slugged Chase, which got her into legal trouble.
Even though Chase and Brook Lynn don’t seem to get along, that doesn’t mean that they won’t hook up at some point. Chase is feeling pretty alone and upset with himself, and it seems like it would be the right time for him to hook up with someone he doesn’t particularly like or want to be with long-term, and he can’t seem to escape Brook Lynn’s orbit.
You never know – Chase and Brook Lynn could end up in a one-night stand, or even in a more long-term thing, and it could be Chase’s way of trying to get over Willow…not that he’ll ever be able to. We suspect that Chase is so deeply in love with Willow that even a meaningless fling or two with Brook Lynn will make him feel terrible, and probably very guilty.
