The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will eventually face a difficult blow. The poor guy’s fallen head over heels for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but she’s hung up on Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and perhaps always will be.
What happens once Finn finds out Steffy cheated on him with her ex? Everyone will be waiting to see whether Finn dumps Steffy or gives her another chance – though we suspect it may be both! Finn could easily break things off only to reconsider and give Steffy another shot later.
Regardless, we should also think about Finn’s reaction to Liam’s part in the betrayal. The Bold and the Beautiful has already established a rivalry between Finn and Liam. B&B fans had to listen as Liam ranted about how Finn couldn’t be trusted, now it’s Liam who’s proving he’s the untrustworthy one.
We’ve mostly seen a calm and reasonable Finn, which makes sense considering he’s a doctor who’s trained to deal with high-stress situations. Finn tends to keep his cool and explain his points without flying off the handle.
However, that could change once Liam crosses the line like this. Liam has ignored all warnings and is pretending the concept of boundaries doesn’t exist. Steffy will have to face consequences for her own betrayal, but there’s no way Finn will let Liam off the hook scot-free.
Once Steffy and Liam’s cheating is exposed, this will be Finn’s chance to unleash his fury. It’d be nice for B&B to let Finn explode – mostly because he’ll be speaking for the fans!
Many viewers aren’t happy about the reignited “Steam” passion, so Finn deserves an opportunity to unload all his anger on Liam and let him know he’s a disgusting hypocrite who strings women along.
Will Finn throw a punch in the aftermath of this cheating revelation? If anyone deserves one, it’s Liam. It’d be great to see Finn deck Liam as part of his inevitable outburst. Let’s hope Liam faces some physical pain to go along with his emotional anguish. Finn needs to make Liam pay – and a punch is a good place to start.
