The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, August 14, tease that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will pull herself together for a conversation with her sister Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
As B&B viewers know, Brooke has just found out from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that he not only filed their divorce papers, but that he married Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards) in Las Vegas during a drunken night of partying. Brooke was not at all amused, and she proceeded to throw Ridge out of her house.
Well, at the same time that all of this was happening, Eric Forrester (John McCook) was telling Donna the whole story about how Shauna turned up at the Forrester mansion going on about getting married to Ridge.
Eric told Donna all about how Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) arrived with the executed divorce papers just moments later, and of course Donna was floored. Well, that will probably send Donna straight over to Brooke’s place for a talk.
Whatever the case, Donna and Brooke will talk, and Brooke will tell Donna the whole story about how Shauna somehow got Ridge to marry her in Vegas after Ridge instructed Carter to file the divorce papers.
Donna’s going to be horrified, and she’ll probably want details that Brooke won’t be able to give. After all, Ridge doesn’t even remember what went down.
According to B&B spoilers, Brooke will concede defeat to Shauna…at least to Donna. But something tells us that Brooke is going to rally pretty quickly and realize that something underhanded could have happened here.
Right now, Brooke doesn’t realize that Ridge supposedly texted Carter with the instructions to file the divorce papers. Perhaps when this tidbit of information comes to light, Brooke will realize that Shauna may have been the one who sent that text and set all of this in motion.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Friday, August 14, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will still be dealing with immeasurable pain. As Steffy struggles in silence, she’ll realize that she’s down to her last pain killer.
As B&B viewers will remember, Steffy was told by Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that once her prescription pain killers were gone, then it was time to step down to a hefty dose of Ibuprofen.
Well, given that B&B spoilers indicate that Steffy is headed for some addiction issues related to her pain killers, one wonders what’s going to happen next. Will Steffy try to get another refill of her prescription pain killers despite her doctor’s advice to move to Ibuprofen?
Will she try to get some pain pills via illegal methods, perhaps through Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) friend Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero)?
We’ll have to wait to see what happens, but either way, Steffy’s going to be in distress and in serious pain, as she struggles to find a way to cope with what she’s dealing with. It sounds like Friday’s episode should be a good one, so stay tuned to the CBS soap!
