The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, January 10, teases that a serious fight will break out between Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Of course, it’s to be expected since Hope just caught Liam kissing Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Hope will be livid over the lip lock, but Liam will quickly spin things around on her. He’ll insist Hope keeps bringing Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) deeper and deeper into their lives.
After Liam says he can’t live like that, Hope will snap at him for spending the night at Steffy’s place. She’ll acknowledge that Steffy is a beautiful woman, who shares a child with Liam.
Hope will contend that things are complicated with Thomas and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), so Liam wants to take the easy way out instead of working through this.
Liam will contend that what he wants is Hope, but she won’t think she’s an option anymore. That’s when Hope will play the Italy card! She’ll contend that THIS is why she went to Italy all those years ago.
Liam will be taken aback by the Italy comment, but he’ll eventually shift gears and offer a lukewarm apology for hurting Hope.
However, Liam will point out that he realized something when he slept on Steffy’s couch last night. He’ll suggest that he doesn’t see Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington) enough.
Hope will note that Liam will be seeing more of Kelly now. She’ll suggest it breaks her heart that Liam won’t be there to see Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) when she wakes up in the morning.
Liam won’t want Hope to say that, but Hope won’t think there’s any way they can possibly fix this. Liam was kissing Steffy – and wanted to. Hope will accuse Liam of still being in love with Steffy, and he won’t deny it.
After Liam’s long pause, he’ll note that they have a child together. Liam will admit his love for Steffy and act like Hope’s ridiculous for thinking that wouldn’t be the case.
Hope will finally insist she just can’t do this anymore. Steffy will try to pipe up, but Hope will shut her down and argue that she doesn’t want to play these games.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will refuse to share Liam with Steffy any longer. She’ll state that Liam proposed to her last night, but today…he broke her.
Hope will think Liam brought back every any insecurity she’s battled about their relationship with his latest move. Liam will want to go home and talk, but Hope won’t be willing to do that after what Liam just put them through. She’ll argue that the thing that keeps coming between them isn’t Thomas – it’s Steffy.
Hope will feel like Liam’s never gotten over Steffy, so she’ll believe she has to walk away. As much as Hope will always love Liam, she just can’t do this anymore.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will stomp off, leaving Thomas to duck out of sight. He’ll have been watching this whole dramatic scene play out, so he’ll obviously be pleased with the results.
Steffy will place a caring hand on Liam’s shoulder as he stands there bewildered. They’ll undoubtedly talk about what just happened and try to process Hope’s decision.
Hope will end up back at the cabin, where she’ll cry to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and share what went down outside the cliff house. Liam’s stuff will be packed up soon, so Hope will want him to just move out and move on!
Thanks to all this “Steam” kiss chaos, Brooke and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) reunion won’t pan out. She was ready for Ridge to move back in, but this will lead to another fierce faceoff.
Brooke will blame Thomas for being the main source of Liam and Hope’s problems. She’s not going to be too happy about Steffy’s actions either, so Ridge should get defensive if Brooke starts trashing his kids.
There’s also the matter of who Ridge is rooting for in this love triangle – and that’s “Steam.” His support for Steffy and Liam’s relationship is only going to create more issues, so B&B fans won’t want to miss all the conflict. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say “Bridge” may be truly kaput for a while.
