The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is going to find herself slipping back into something familiar…her attraction to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
As B&B viewers know, Liam has just witnessed a horrible scene over at Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) apartment. Liam thinks that he saw a shirtless Thomas kissing Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), although whether that’s what he really saw is up in the air at this point.
It’s very likely that what Liam witnessed was actually Thomas kissing the Hope mannequin, and you’d think that since Liam knows that the mannequin is in the apartment, that he’d realize pretty quickly what Thomas was doing.
But it seems that Liam will persist in his belief that Thomas was kissing the real Hope, and that he’ll race back to Steffy’s place to tell her what he saw.
Well, from here, it seems that Steffy and Liam will start drinking together, which will turn out to be a very bad idea. Liam will want to drown his sorrows, and Steffy will apparently join in.
One thing will lead to another, and Steffy and Liam will end up sleeping together. And since this will happen as part of a drunk fest, one can imagine that Steffy and Liam might not be too careful about the whole thing…meaning that an unintended pregnancy could easily follow.
Now, this would be an intense situation. It looks like Steffy and Liam might try to keep their night together a secret from Hope and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
It seems that at some point, the whole mannequin confusion is going to come to light and Liam’s going to realize that Hope didn’t really cheat on him with Thomas. Then Liam’s going to feel awful, and he and Steffy might make a pact to never tell a soul about their drunken night together.
This would be the perfect setup for Steffy to find herself pregnant with Liam’s baby. Liam and Steffy might actually be successful in keeping their night a secret until Steffy learns that she’s pregnant, and then they’d be in a real bind.
Steffy and Liam would then be in the position of having to confess to the fact that they slept together AND that the situation resulted in a pregnancy.
Needless to say, this will not go over well with Hope and Finn, who would understandably feel betrayed and hurt for all sorts of reasons.
We should note, too, that Tina Huang, who played Steffy’s doctor for her pregnancy with Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) has been spotted back on set recently, so this could indicate a second “Steam” pregnancy happening soon.
We’ll see what happens here, but we’d say that TPTB could be laying the groundwork for another baby for Liam and Steffy, and it could be explosive for everyone involved!
